Completed all my updates, DSP file still showing available.
Thanks for that....another reason I think I'm gonna just let that one sit for a while. It's supposed to address a problem with "loud static" coming from the audio system. I don't think I'm having that problem right now so I'm not going to mess with it.

Just got this new toy for updates..... Will be finishing them off today hopefully. And I drilled the access holes, so connecting will be way easier!

I use the 55 amp version of this. Really like that it can function both as a smart battery charger or as a static power supply. Just make sure you have it in power supply mode when you’re doing updates. It comes from the factory in charger mode.

Has anyone seen the IPMA update run for over 5 hrs ? Has been on operation in progress with blue status bar moving for a very long time with no change. Just hoping it's not "stuck" or something. I know it takes a long time, but getting a little concerned.

Are you doing it via the cable (versus USB drive)? Those can be VERY slow. I can't recall which module it was, but I had one that took about that long to update. I just let it run in my garage and checked in occasionally.

IPMA is via cable, but most posted it takes 2-3 hours, so just starting to get a bit concerned.

Is it stuck on the “the module will now be configured“ progress bar filling up over and over? I had the IPMA do this as well, I let it sit for 8+ hr or so until I heard from @Mike G look back in my posts in this thread to see, I guess it’s a known issue with the FDRS builds lately.

I had to close out of FDRS, power cycled the car a couple times, clear all codes, and network scan the car. After doing this mine showed as completed

Has anyone checking here had the new APIM or IPC show up in a 23 gt yet?

No but when it happens I guarantee you’ll know.

This is a big one. It's 6GB and took a long time to download, and then once the files were on the USB drive and inserted into the console it took something like 20 minutes to upload to the car before the message to shut down showed up.

'22s should have gotten the APIM update in FDRS last week. They were certified before the '21/'23 bunch.
Yeah it's the APIM update which now resets my 2022 Mach E's drive mode back to ENGAGE every 200 feet up to 2 miles of driving :(

So this is the Sync 1122 update...the same thing that OTA 6.14 downloads...new UI icons and apparently a lot of other stuff that I haven't explored yet.
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Complete DIY Guide to Updating Your Mach-E with FDRS Sync_1122-20-Mar-24

F188 DID is now PU5T-14G676-DA, and for those who want to match it up with Fords spreadsheet (whenever that gets updated next) the DID 8033 rev is PU5T-14G682-LH / 4.0.23352_PRODUCT, etc.

6GB total. An hour to do the whole update. I did not select the option to remove the voice files during the process since I figured my APIM was new enough that it had plenty of memory, and I don't use the voice feature anyway, so there shouldn't have been any recordings to begin with (unless I'm misunderstanding the function of that feature).

Now just waiting to do it again for the Lightning.......
