Wtf lol.

Is that what the bottom part of this is showing with the start/end timestamps?
Yes, that is the history of activities on that VIN for that day that is in Ford's system.

Can I possibly get a current list of outstanding updates? If you have access to PTS, it would be helpful to know if I have any OTA updates queuing. I'm trying to decide if it's time to get a 2-day FDRS license. Thanks very much!

No problem I would wait for the APIM to pop for your VIN before going in on a license.
I have only seen @CarGuy11 with this elusive update so far, seen below.

Nothing in queue at this time. Last OTA was 23-PU1113-UNX-DC on 3/7.

Dealer has not and will not do the updates. This is some of what you have pending; FDRS may show more, but this will give you an idea.

The dealers have to have a problem or service bulletin about an issue you have that they can point to saying "yup that update may fix it" for them to get re-imbursed by ford even under your 3yr/36k mile warranty.

Basically the money has to come from somewhere to pay the tech to update the car. Even if it is just plugging in and clicking next/swapping usb sticks someone has to pay for the car using up the techs time and a bay in the shop.

Just going in and saying FDRS has updates please do them doesn't qualify for re-imbursing from ford, so if you have no issues or problems that may be fixed by an update you would have to pay for the techs time.

For instance, this is your cars current list as FDRS has it

Your car easily has 7-8+ hours of updates to perform manually by the tech or yourself if you choose to buy the hardware to do it. Or you could try some "creative negotiating" with your service advisor.
Go through the list of updates and think of something that you "may have experienced" that would have to do with that module.
Say a DSP update... you have been having audio crackling every so often, HVAC module... say your heat sometimes doesn't seem to heat when set to auto as well as it should.
I'm sure you could get some of them covered with some talking but I'm not sure about ALL of them.
