@rugedraw hmm I had the dealer do the 4.2.6 update in december and they replaced the 12v battery. So does that mean I need to go back to them for these updates? Or wait for another OTA at some point and hopefully these get resolved?

Sorry new to these things so not sure what to really do.

I see they did some updates on 12/20 that coincide with the failed 4.2.6 update. Ford does not pay dealers to update modules, so I would not depend on the dealer for help with the updates you are missing. You are at the mercy of the OTA process or invest in the tools needed to do them yourself.

Your car seems fine. It is not reporting any concerning codes to the cloud. Has gotten a few OTA's and you actually have GWM update 24-PU0102-SVD-FX sitting in your queue for two days. I am guessing you don't drive the car much? Next time you start it, it will kick start to the OTA trigger to download and hopefully install the update.

Unless you're having some kind of BC/driver assist issues that the CMR update may fix, I'd save the $50 for whenever something with more substance is out for you.

OTA history is below. The TCU update that failed was 6.3.0 and it has not been resent yet. Missing that, the rest of the 6.x.x updates and several PU updates, too. You recently started getting sent updates with frequency, so hopefully that continues for you.

Thanks, this also confirmed what I was thinking. I've had her for over a month and all the updates happened while I was traveling and the MME was L1/l2 charging at the hotel.

This one has gotten a lot of updates but nothing for about a month-ish now, so not sure if I should be concerned, I see there are quite a few updates I haven't gotten yet.

I read on this forum that OTA's may get back logged and so I asked the sales person if my car had been updated and she said it was but I just got 4 .2.1 a few days ago. Now I think it hadn't been updated at all.

Can someone please check my VIN # 3FMTK3R70PMA50862 for any issues? Many thanks.

First VIN: Seems to be talking to the cloud just fine. It's been less than a month since the last update. That isn't really a long time. Just need to wait for the next one.

Second VIN:

That OTA failed twice due to two different errors; the second time being a manifest mismatch. Nothing you did wrong or could have done differently; nothing to do but wait for it to be resent with the correct files.

No issues that I can see. You got 4.2.1 a few days ago. Hopefully you get more sooner than later.

Hello, I am planning to get my car inspected at my local Ford dealer, as soon my 2yrs warranty will expire. So I am curious what my update status may be, as this may be my last chance to request some fixes within the guarantee period.
OTA update wise I am feeling quite good. Recently I received 24-PU0102-CHG-SUFX, and now I am hoping for 6.5.0, what for Germany (always lacking behind compared to what you receive) is not too bad.
But maybe you see something that’s not okay, or that I still could request to get updated manually?
