I see they did some updates on 12/20 that coincide with the failed 4.2.6 update. Ford does not pay dealers to update modules, so I would not depend on the dealer for help with the updates you are missing. You are at the mercy of the OTA process or invest in the tools needed to do them yourself.@rugedraw hmm I had the dealer do the 4.2.6 update in december and they replaced the 12v battery. So does that mean I need to go back to them for these updates? Or wait for another OTA at some point and hopefully these get resolved?
Sorry new to these things so not sure what to really do.
