I see this a lot since I don't drive much. However the MME has been plugged in for the last three days and the battery fault message showed up immediately after opening the door.
Is this really a fault or did the message queue fail to clear while the car was plugged in?

Was it on Level 1 and charging that whole time? If not, the LVB wasn’t charging either.

It's a level 2 charger, 240v @ 16A. The LVB charges just fine to 90%.

Then it being plugged in for 3 days doesn’t mean the LVB was being charged for 3 days. Are you saying that the LVB level was 90% when you got the fault? What exactly did it say?

It's the typical 12v Fault message. "12v Battery Fault. Service soon." I can tell when the battery is low because the interior lights don't come on. The vehicle turns on just fine.
If charging to the 12v battery stops when the LVB isn't being charged due to reaching its target, that's a problem. Why would you want to stop charging the 12v battery?

On another point; I asked Ford to put the 12v battery status in the Ford Pass App under vehicle/status, on the same page as tire pressure. I was told that a major version release is in the works.

Just received a message on my phone.
"Please plug in Mach-E to recharge its battery Its voltage is low, which could make it difficult to start your vehicle"
What good will plugging in the Mach-E if plugging in won't/doesn't charge the 12v battery.
What's the missing piece of this puzzle?

The idea is that while charging the HVB, the 12V battery will also be charged.

What is the current % of the high voltage battery?

The HVB is at 90%.

I'm tempted to start the MME and let it sit in the garage "running" all night to see what happens.

A related issue is that PAAK will drain the 12v battery via the Bluetooth connection.

what's the state of charge of the 12v battery? Do you have any add ons that might drain the battery?

I'm thinking that it's the PAAK that's causing the drain. I read that another had the same issue and after the dealers did an inspection, Bluetooth was a possible culprit, since Bluetooth does require power and my phone is almost always within the Bluetooth circle of influence. I deleted the PAAK yesterday since I always carry the fob, it isn't necessary.
I'll take the MME out for a spin to charge up the 12v battery and we'll see if that helps.
I'll update if this is a fix.

Is 16A considered L2?
The charger is plugged into a 240v 20A circuit that I use for my table saw. It charges at about 10.5 mph.

I believe the lvb only charges when the car is running or being charged. If you leave it plugged in for 3 days, once the hvb is charged, the lvb is no longer being charged. If you decide to leave it running (not acc mode) in the garage, turn off the 30 minute shut down timer like generaltso said. I believe it takes quite a bit longer than that to get the Lvb charged.
