Mustang's 60th on April 17th!

The 60th birthday of the Mustang is on Wednesday and Ford has a big birthday party planned at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. We'll be going and hope to see some other Mustang Mach-E owners there as well!

Of course, a lot of the festivities are focused on traditional Mustangs but they do mention that they will have the Mustang Mach-E 1400 there. They will also have some ride alongs but I don't know if that is just in gas Mustangs or if that includes the 1400.

Either way, it will be a blast!

My Mom had her 1965 Mustang when I was born and it stayed in the family for over 20 years. My dad and brothers have owned Mustangs but I never bought one. I tried when I was 20 but my insurance agent just laughed when I asked for a quote.

Now I have the Mustang Mach-E and I love it!

Great Event! After braving the Charlotte traffic I found myself in "Mustang Wonderland"!! I would estimate about 2-3k people at any one time (I stayed about 3 hours). The attractions included track rides and drifting rides (featuring lots of smoke and the Mach E 1400!! ). Very weird to have an ICE mustang loudly spinning in circles followed by the 1400 doing the same silently! long lines for these events, so I meandered through the exhibits, including lots of classic mustangs and plenty of merch. Good weather and a happy crowd sharing food, fun and ford!! ( and haze in the pics is due to drifting smoke!). Pic one is the parking lot (featuring my M Sal-E).

Very cool. Thanks. I imagine the 1400 had all of its dynamic stability controls turned off. How about the other MMEs?
