You reprogrammed your 5 digit door code from the factory one, or whatever it was last time it was broken into, yes?

I’m curious where are they getting your fob signal yo clone it? Are they just posted up in random parking lots scanning? Is this at home?

Last Saturday they were in my Mach-E again, 2nd time in 4 weeks, by keyless entry. The dealership says criminals are smarter than us, my car insurance says if they did not damage anything, don't call us. Is there anything I can do except removing personal stuff and keep the car empty and clean? Yes, the sunglasses, jacket and Stanley cup are losses, but the fact they can do this also reduces my fun and safety feeling.
Keep the key in a faraday pouch??‍♂

But are you sure they don’t already have your fob signal copied for their own use? Cause if they do, I’d try looking into deprogramming those fobs whose signals they copied and replacing them with a brand new set that they haven’t copied. If that’s even possible or a thing.
Don’t think they can save the sign because it alters every time so it’s the live happening signal they snatch with a gizmo at your front door to relay to somebody with a sender near car to open and away wit it.

You left the Stanley Cup in your car??? Does the NHL know this?

That is not possible.

The factory code cannot be removed. You can set personal codes, but not remove the factory code. Your only option is that the dealership replaces the component that includes the factory code, which is very expensive.

I'm sorry apparently I assumed Ford isn't stupid and they are. I clearly hadn't tried to reset ours (we don't use it) but... that you can't change it... I have questions.

Bring both keys to your dealership and they can delete them and then reprogram them. All fobs are deleted during this process. Otherwise you would have to replace the BCM which would also change your door code.
THIS ^^^

Change your keyless entry number, maybe that will help.

You CANNOT change the factory code. You can add or delete PERSONAL codes.

If it is being done by the keyless entry, you can change the code yourself.

I believe the same is happening to me as well. A few times I’ve come back to my car to find the doors unlocked and bins opened. I have to park on the street in San Francisco. I am smart enough to know not to keep anything at all in the car, but I too do not feel secure having to leave my car. I’m moving into a new place this week that has garage parking ($300/month) so I will feel a little more secure.
