I am heading in to resovle my recall 23S56 - high voltage box at the dealer. I also frequently receive pre-collision assist not available alerts and I suspect there might be a few other things that might need to be addressed when I go in.

I have emailed my service advisor with the documentation provided. His service center attempted the May 6 update. The original dealer that sold me the vehicle is 3 hrs away and not convenient. Also, why would I trust them after they fabricated the Feb 15 update?

Well best of luck with this dealer. Don't forget to get the EV team involved. They should be able to review the facts and help with getting your current dealer to affect repairs. And ask for a FSE to get involved as well. Telling them that at the outset will clue them in to the fact that you are aware of how repair processes for difficult cases work, and that you're not gonna fall for the ol' banana in the tailpipe routine this time. (Eddie Murphy reference).

Wondering if someone can check to see if I have the Tesla update. I am pretty sure I do, but the map is telling me the supercharger is unavailable. Although I think I also read that this was a bug?

I purchased a CPO '21 Job 1 ER AWD late last month. I've since received the 24-PU0301-BLM-PE OTA, which downloaded and installed successfully. Would someone be able to check my VIN to see if there are any other updates in FDRS that are worth applying? My VIN is 3FMTK3SU1MMA25917.

I'm considering buying a Mongoose and Clore PL6100 power supply later this month if there is enough of a backlog to warrant it. Thank you!

Modules pending updates are below. PTS does not show any pending APIM, GWM, TCU or IPC updates you may have pending, so you may one of those show in FDRS. You're on Sync 23291 which is a very recent version, so you aren't terribly behind.

This car has never gotten an OTA.

Here's the list of available software showing in FDRS:

It's not often that I see the 'trifecta' in the available software list (GWM, APIM , and TCU) all at the same time. Normally one will be in the list, and then when that one is updated (via OTA usually) one of the others shows up next, because of software dependencies. So having all three in the list at the same time is an indication that either updates are not enabled or there's something else going on. Your car's modem is reporting status to the cloud.

Here's the list of available software for your VIN in FDRS:

The OTA you mentioned from back in April was a GWM (gateway) update.

The drive mode switching, or becoming 'unavailable' is connected to the recent reports of 1PD unexpectedly quitting as well. It's caused by a set of powertrain updates that need to be applied...you have those in your list (PCM, ABS, BECM, SOBDMC). The other updates in your list are all enhancements (like for cruise control) or fixes for things like static on the radio, or issues with PAAK where your car doesn't immediately recognize your phone when you try to open one of the doors.
