Well best of luck with this dealer. Don't forget to get the EV team involved. They should be able to review the facts and help with getting your current dealer to affect repairs. And ask for a FSE to get involved as well. Telling them that at the outset will clue them in to the fact that you are aware of how repair processes for difficult cases work, and that you're not gonna fall for the ol' banana in the tailpipe routine this time. The local dealer had me contact Ford Customer Relations on the phone. The local sympathized, but need to be reimbursed for their work. It's business, not their error so I understood.
Ford threw their hands up, said there's nothing they can do, and referred me back to the original dealer. Just not feasible. 3 hrs away in another state.
