Morning All, I think I might have gotten lost in the shuffle, can anybody check 3FMTK4SX3PMA12235 for me? I'm thinking it might be in a fleet authorized state, was a courtesy vehicle when I purchased a couple weeks ago.

The modem shows as both retail and fleet authorized. However, I am able to pull all the connected data, so your car is talking to the mothership. OTA history does show updates have been sent in recent history, too. TCU update 6.3.0 failed due to a hash mismatch and the other one that failed went through the second time around is the connectivity 23-PU1113-UNX-DC update.

You cannot do this with a non-dealer login to FDRS. Only dealer logins have access to PATS to be able to program keys.

To reset the module, go into the wrench icon in FORScan, click the module and the reset option will be there.

Ok mine only shows "reboot". There isn't anything regarding Reset as far as I can see.

It's likely you won't until the 'Fleet Authorized' setting for your TCU is removed. It should say 'Retail Authorized' only under normal circumstances for OTAs to be sent.

I take it your car sat at the dealer's lot for a while and I would suspect that it was also in the Ford Courtesy Transportation Program (FCTP) while there...and once it got sold to you it may not have been removed from Fleet mode. That is usually what accounts for not getting any OTAs at all after sale (well at least it's a red flag).

I'd call both the dealer who sold you the car (or whoever your servicing Ford dealer is) and also call Electric Vehicle Team 800-392-3673 or 866-631-3788 x79969 and ask them about getting the 'Fleet Authorized' removed from your car's modem so that OTAs will start coming through.

I have called Ford 4 times, they kept transferring me to different groups.
The last person I spoke with was seemingly the right one, and after 5 mins of being on hold, I got disconnected... but he said he saw the issue.

Any chance you can look to see if the account has chnged at all? I really want to get these updates.
