Its honestly a joke with how many different things break on this car. Let me know if the FDRS DTC readout looks off too. There was a timestamp at 4:11 that @rugedraw said looked funny.

I guess I meant that it seems to me to be to far for him to do that. Perhaps not. In any case, I'd be afraid I'd screw something up. Reading others' posts about how they do it, and watching @scoopman 's video, it seems way out of my comfort zone.

Your car is on Sync 23151 which is 1-2 versions behind the latest one. Modules with pending updates are below. You would also need APIM, GWM, TCU and IPC updates not shown here to be fully up to date.

Hello - If someone with FDRS could pull up pending updates for my GT VIN# 3FMTK4SEXMME01710, I would much appreciate it as I am taking it into dealership in the next week or two with some minor issues. I realize the dealership is unlikely to do much of anything with updates that I am not experiencing an issue with but if you see some glaring issues, I would appreciate those being called out so I can justify why i want them done. Thanks much!

It's likely you won't until the 'Fleet Authorized' setting for your TCU is removed. It should say 'Retail Authorized' only under normal circumstances for OTAs to be sent.

I take it your car sat at the dealer's lot for a while and I would suspect that it was also in the Ford Courtesy Transportation Program (FCTP) while there...and once it got sold to you it may not have been removed from Fleet mode. That is usually what accounts for not getting any OTAs at all after sale (well at least it's a red flag).

I'd call both the dealer who sold you the car (or whoever your servicing Ford dealer is) and also call Electric Vehicle Team 800-392-3673 or 866-631-3788 x79969 and ask them about getting the 'Fleet Authorized' removed from your car's modem so that OTAs will start coming through.

Here's the list of available software showing in FDRS for your car this morning:
