I need to read through that post again. Personally, I learned a lot from it. It's a lot to digest in just one read. I never grasped what "battery data quality" meant, but I just read that section and it makes good sense to me now.

Oh, PTS actually show it installed at 4:45pm. I was looking at the queue to see if anything was pending and not if anything new had installed. Like I said the other day: If your car follows the trend, you'll get it in a few days after ECG-24.2.4.9.1. Sweet!

I don't know which ones would be sent OTA. I think I read somewhere that some (like the RGTM) can't be sent OTA (but that was a message from 3 years ago and might not be accurate.)

I just don't know. I got impatient and purchased the equipment to flash my own modules.
