I don't have a good explanation as why this update is not moving along for you. Manifest was verified, but for whatever reason, you car has not downloaded any of the files needed for the update since the files were verified on 6/7. It is just hanging in limbo. This OTA trigger is good for 30 days, so it will expire on 7/6 if nothing happens between now and then.

So, the "Entry Made Easy" update still shows as "Not Completed!" It's been well over 30 days but apparently the OTA trigger hasn't expired or things are stuck à la the old favorite 1.7.1.
I saw that @RonTCat said on June 29th that all updates were paused...
Anyone have any insights on this issue?

You can try resetting the APIM to see if it clears out that failed OTA message. If it does not go away, then it will be there until you get another update sent or until it feels like going away.

@rugedraw, I think he's referring to the car still charging after it has reached its charge limit.

@briankwest, there are modules that the dealer needs to update to address TSB-24-2141. You may need to go to another dealer if you've already been to them twice about the issue.

ABS, BECM, PCM, SOBDMB, SOBDMC are still pending. Basically out of 6 modules, 5 are out of date. If your dealer followed the TSB to address your issues, I don't think these modules would be out of date.
