I am getting to call dealer for 50,000, CSP 24N05, and Recall 23V687.
Are there modules that should be update?
VIN 3FMTK3SU3MMA07905.

TIA, Dick
I would request that they do this entire list:

Your last OTA was on 7 June (the RFA - bluetooth update).

Here's the list of available updates for your car showing in FDRS:
3FMTK2R73MMA34421-18-Jul-24.png

You'd need to see at least a new gateway update before a new Sync update shows up. You look to be about two revs. behind on Sync at this point. But there's no indication that your car isn't getting updates or talking to the cloud...they just aren't sending you anything.
You are awesome. You mentioned a gateway update, I assume that is also OTA?

Hello. Would someone be able to see if my 21’ Mach E would have any updates. The last update was the Entry Made Easy update back in June. There was 1 update that I received an OTA for before that, but i don’t believe it would have installed because I was having recall work done.

Don’t have the new SYNC update, or 6.14 or anything prepping for BC 1.3, but I don’t know of any 21’ cars have had these updates from what I’ve read.

VIN# 3FMTK3R77MMA08586

Thank you.

Here are your pending updates (green dot means update is available). You are missing a GWM update to bring you up to the -PAL version, after which you would get the 6.14 APIM/SYNC update. You are also missing an IPC update, which may be a dependency for the GWM so that would likely need to be updated first.

In terms of the other updates, the powertrain updates (PCM, ABS, SOBDM, SOBDMB, BECM) are generally a good idea to apply. WACM update should improve performance of the wireless charger for iPhones with MagSafe and prevent errors when there are obstructions on the pad. HVAC update should improve heating performance in cold temps and help with preconditioning.

CMR, IPMA, and PSCM updates will get you a newer version of bluecruise (not 1.3 yet, but still much better than factory 1.0).

All the other modules are minor updates that don’t really have a lot of user facing changes (from what I can tell).

I appreciate the lookup. Does the dealer apply these updates, or would @Ford Motor Company need to push these updates? I only ask because I went to the dealership yesterday for new tires and I asked if I had any updates and they said no.

Dealership can apply them all with their scan tool FDRS. If you have an OBD adapter you could even apply them yourself. If they told you that you had no available updates, then they flat out lied or didn’t check.

Eventually, all the updates *should* come OTA. That may be anywhere from weeks to months. If a car is far behind in updates like yours, Ford will push them again every now and then. Just have to cross your fingers that your car accepts the new update deployments when they happen.

Hello all,
Taking the pony in for a check up tomorrow(regular 32000 km check up). Wondering what else I might have them look into?

Keep in mind that when many dealers say that, they mean there are no updates to apply that they can charge to Ford.

Yeah… unfortunately unless they clearly state that it causes confusion with the customer and leaves them thinking no updates are available at all. I’m of the opinion they should still provide an available update report and let the customer decide what they want to do.

Car is reporting very few codes, has a healthy OTA history and is talking to the cloud just fine. Of the few codes, one of them references a TSB (attached). However, if you car has never given you any " Parking Brake Fault Service Now" message, then it most likely does not apply to you. Other than that, unless you have had any issues with it, I don't see anything of concern.

Thanks Ruged, greatly appreciated. I have not had that pop up, so it may not pertain to my Mach E.

I got the Bluecruise 1.3 update and now hands free and lane recognition does not work. Would looking up the FDRS help figure out why? 3FMTK2R73NMA30919r
