Bummer, it was useful knowing the 12V battery level for OTA updates.

And in the response, for the battery data, I am only seeing:
"battery":
{"batteryHealth":null,"batteryStatusActual":{"value":"12.625","status":null,"timestamp":"2024-08-01 13:09:42Z"}}
"battery": {
"batteryHealth": null,
"batteryStatusActual": {
"value": "13.1875",

}
},
How do you log into the widget? When I attempt to do so, a box pops up that says it is temporarily disabled due to Ford API changes.The Ford Status Widget (Android ) shows 12v % . Ive been using it since @kennelh whipped it up . No issues being locked outta FordPass in that timeframe

Ok SORRY bout that . Apparently per developer the app is still waiting for API changes . Here's the thread to watch for updates . Not sure how it still works for me but might have something to do with me using it for the last couple of years and maybe its just not not allowing NEW log ins .How do you log into the widget? No. Pull it out after driving. It will drain your 12V battery.Doesn't matter much to me where the LVB SOC is shown, just as long as I can access it SOMEWHERE. It'd be convenient to have it shown in the Fordpass app.
I ordered an OBDLink MX+ recently. Is it ok to keep the scanner plugged in 24/7?
The obdlink mx+? That one is supposed to go into sleep...No. Pull it out after driving. It will drain your 12V battery.
thanks. Although it’s a shame that taking away info customers use is considered a ‘fix ‘.Well they finally fixed it guys. After something like 10+ months, they got around to fix the mistake on the website that was showing 12V % instead of HVB %. I can confirm it shows HVB % now instead of 12V.
FYI they have a rounding issue now, so if your car's HVB SoC is at 70.5% it will show as 71% on the website. FordPass will show 70%. SoC should not be rounded up in my opinion.
I've had a bluetooth OBDII adapter plugged into my car for 2+ years. My 12V battery has never been drained.No. Pull it out after driving. It will drain your 12V battery.
Good for you. Mine went south with it plugged in.I've had a bluetooth OBDII adapter plugged into my car for 2+ years. My 12V battery has never been drained.
OBDLink MX+ is fine to stay plugged in as long as you end the data collection session. If you forget and leave Car Scanner running in the background, it will drain your 12V battery. That’s probably what happened. I’ve had no drain issues with mine.Mine did not go into sleep.
Nope. Car scanner on smart phone which is out of the xr znd turned off. Now, maybe an OTA update in the past 12 months fixed it but I refuse to leave it plugged into the OBD2 port for long time frames without the vehicle on.OBDLink MX+ is fine to stay plugged in as long as you end the data collection session.
