No recent OTA history and you're on Sync 23031 which is over 1.5 years old at this point. Your modem seems to be working fine and modules pending updates are below. I don't have a good explanation other than crappy luck as to why you haven't gotten any updates in a while. You are showing a GWM which is what needed for you to progress through the Sync updates.

I see you're in Puerto Rico. I am not sure if the country code there is supposed to be the same as the US, but it is not. If you can get me the VIN of any other Ford Sync 4 vehicle there that you know is getting updates, I can compare the country code to your modem to make sure it matches. Has your car even gotten an OTA update?

Thanks for your reply, the last update I received via OTA was 4.2.2, it was around August 2023 if I remember correctly. I purchased the Mach-e on May 2023.

I think my new to me 2023 Job 1 Premium is way behind on updates. Picked it up a week ago but I think it sat on the dealer's lot for about a year. Having some intermittent TCU issues so not sure if that's causing it not to update. Have it on my home WiFi hoping that triggers something.

The modem was activated when you bought it and it seems to be talking to the cloud just fine now. It may be a bit before you see your first update. You are on Sync 23151 which is 2 versions behind the latest available for 2023's. Your car is reporting a lot of codes; enough where I can't fit them in one screenshot (see attached). One code there cites a lost comms issue between the TCU and GWM, but you have many other lost comms codes between several modules in the network. It is still way too soon to determine if this code(s) will prevent you from getting updates. I can tell you all vehicles report some codes, but yours is reporting many more than the average vehicle. I would start by telling the dealer about your intermittent connectivity issues so they can run some pin-point test and try to figure out what the root cause is.

I pulled the power to the passenger kick panel fuse to try to reset things (it kind of worked, at least I could get Fordpass reconnected). I wonder if doing that caused all those errors as I think it shut down all of the system when I pulled the power.

Attached is the full report of codes. It has been reporting these soft codes since before you bought it. I don't think that you pulling the fuse is the cause.

Ford does not pay dealers labor hours to update modules unless there is an open recall or a problem with the vehicle that an update will fix. Some people have gotten lucky and the dealer has done them, but the vast majority of people get nothing but disappointment when they ask the dealer to do them.

Could someone please check my VIN WF0TK3SSXMMA37563 to know if only the APIM had an issue?

Purchased a new 2022 GT Performance early Jun'24. Dealer had struggled to sell an EV in a "cold climate oil-city" in Alberta, Canada. After truck-hauler delivery to Toronto & me working through profile panel setups, noted the OTA option missing from the MME user-interface panel. My local dealer updated some modules, OTA option now present on panel. To reset the MME after Dealer module update & reset what the dealer(s)/delivery guys did in the first 212km of this cars life. I did a Factory Reset via MME User interface. After that disconnected the 12V battery for 15mins. Three questions at present...
1. When will OTA updates start occurring, as never had any in last two months (since delivery)?
2. After the dealer update to APIM, GWM, TCM, the five buttons on the same horizontal plane on the UI display went from a square look format to a rectangle look format. What was visually lost from that button view on the radio button, the ability to change channels via Left & Right buttons (HD FM lost the song playing to now only show radio frequency), if Carplay was pushed you went straight back to the active Google maps but now you get Favourites and have to then select Googlemaps. More manual steps required when driving, which is annoying. Was this change by design or something gone wrong with a module update?
3. Can someone look my VIN please, to advise on module status please? VIN 3FMTK4SXXNMA47660
