My dealer just called and they said mine arrived in the US rail yard. They believe it will be at the dealership in 7-10 days in Arizona. This is AWESOME news because the tracker ETA is 2/12 delivery. I hope Ford does the under promise over deliver with everyone
I really hope you're right! Keep us updated.

I have resisted writing this post , but I have lost confidence in the team at Ford. I placed my reservation within 20 minutes of the window opening in November 2019. I received the vin number MMA05918) in October. Tracker has reported the car as built but awaiting transit as recently a Jan. 6th. But the car has now moved back into "Production" status. The Dealer is clueless and has no answers, the Ford Customer Care center has no answers, but has opened an incident and says I will hear from Ford. I am skeptical and am really tired of the radio silence from Ford.

Still want the car but really irritated that I haven't even been able to sit in one, while it seems like every Tom, Dick and Harry that claims to be a journalist or influencer has been able to drive the car.

Did they say which rail yard? Is the car in Kansas City or an AZ rail yard?

Is there a prize for the first member of this forum who receives their car? Other than the car itself, of course.

Which web browser are you using to track status? A while back I discovered some browser-specific issues where status wouldn't come out right unless I viewed it using Chrome.

I *think* they may have fixed those issues... but if you are using something other than Chrome, I'd try Chrome to see if the status comes up as expected.

Does the dealer also show the status basically going backward and no longer "In Transit"?

My car shows "In transit" but as of late last week the dealer said while it is technically "in transit" it is really still in Mexico. I'm thinking that it gets "In transit" status as soon as it's turned over to to the teamsters / railroads for shipping whether or not the car was actually loaded onto a railcar.

That VIN (assuming its the last few digits) does not show as a valid Ford VIN at shop.ford.com

Yes my VIN is on that invoice. I checked all those vin’s on the Ford tracking site. They are all destined for SoCal dealerships.
After your post, when the double check the VINs to see if my was on there. Felt like the lotto trying to match those numbers. And just like the lotto, I bombed.

Yes, I understand the browser issues (I maintain a web site). No, the issue was not with the browser and both the dealer and Customer Care can see the status change in their systems. That is why they opened an incident and sent the problem up the line. I am still very troubled by the radio silence from Ford. There should be some press or celebration apparent about the car being "Delivered" and Ford's deep commitment to BEV.

So, I will continue to wait and see if I hear more this week.

Well, the plot thickens on how these things are going to be delivered. Muncie Ramp seems to be a Union Pacific yard near Kansas City, KS.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Shipped Mach-Es Arrive at Kansas City Terminal With Deliveries Imminent 1610303002661

The Jack Cooper Transport (PALs) tracking is simply moving the cars from KCS to another carrier. Jack Cooper Delivery receipt has interesting definitions for the car colors:

Ford Mustang Mach-E Shipped Mach-Es Arrive at Kansas City Terminal With Deliveries Imminent 1610302872391

All of these cars are heading to CA. It will be interesting to see if some are transferred to the Norfolk Southern lot in Birmingham as well.

Edit: Muncie appears to be a UP transfer, not BNSF.
