Thank you. I gave up and brought it to the dealer :). It is a brand new car, and so I thought it was appropriate for them to sort it out. Ford reached out to me via the forums, so perhaps they can help expedite! Thank you to all again!!
I got the car back from the dealer today. It seems to resolved. It sounds like there were some loose connections, and then a bit of reprogramming. In any case, I am pleased now and can get back to enjoying the car!

I need your help...

After updating majority of modules successfully, it seems like my 12V charger was bugging and didn't charge as it should have during the IPMA update u til my 12V died. Car is now born to live again however I now obviously can't get rid of some orange modules and my biggest concern is the grey "IPMA" -> module doesn't respond.

Can someone please help me out? ?

Do a PMI for the IPMA. When it asks if the original module is installed or something press "no."

I was about to start the PMI now but realized the module is now in purple so it's now responding but still with a failure.

Should I retry the update (still available) or in any case do the PMI and see that all DTCs disappear?

In any case thank you so much!

If the module is purple, it is bricked. I would do the PMI as suggested before by @Neil4Real and it is important to select "no" when FDRS asks if it is the original module. Both the update and the PMI will take three hours, so may as well do the PMI if the module is purple since the end result will be the same.

Try the PMI anyway...it's really hard to totally brick one of these things.

The IPMA is the true test of your powersupply. If you successfully get through doing an IPMA with whatever you're using as a powersupply you know you're good to go for anything else you might try.

You're absolute heroes, thanks!

The only two orange remaining is the IPMA with the following code: IPMA - U2100 : 00 : 2F
as well as: DDM - B12DC : 54 : 0B

I guess I have to run the calibration on the IPMA after the PMI, am I right?

Sometimes a calibration is needed, yes. Not always. The process to calibrate it is fairly easy, imo.

Another thing about the IPMA is that it can take a bit to settle itself after being updated/programmed. Drive the car for a bit and it may just go back to green on its own.

Did you clear all the DTCs after updating, before disconnecting FDRS? Or is a shop doing this?

You still show the PSCM module needing an update this morning. That's the second half of the IPMA/PSCM coordinated update. They're meant to be done together, and could be the reason you're seeing errors. The PSCM takes 5 minutes or so.

I cleared all DTCs after updating. You're right though that I didn't finish the PSCM last night (wife madness was already loading) so I continued only just now. PSCM is now also up to date.
It's now only the IPMA remaining in orange with the same known message on the initial configuration which is not Completed.

If able, I'd do a PMI on the IPMA and say "no" when asked if the original module is still installed. This will very likely take 2.5 hrs, so a good powersupply is required.

@Bratapfl I agree with this, but if the error says initial config not complete, I'd try an IPMA config before the PMI. If that works, it'll save you hours. If it doesn't, it won't make things worse.

Thank you guys. IPMA config in FDRS is as far as I remember the second from the bottom or so, it calls to install as built values to the IPMA right? (My FDRS is in German so I'd better double check as the German translation of FDRS is quite bad sometimes)

Once again thanks to you all for helping out. This strong community itself would be a reason to buy another Mach E again.

I've run a network test this morning before doing anything and the IPMA was still orange, all others green. I then triggered the IPMA config as discussed and it failed really shortly after launching. Retried, same issue. I however noticed that the error message was now gone on the IPC in Key on engine off so I rerun the network test and now the IPMA is also green. No DTCs remaining.

Did a test drive and can confirm all systems are now running well as expected.

You're rockstars!

Now desperately waiting for BC and intelligent cruise control to appear in Sync.
