I got the car back from the dealer today. It seems to resolved. It sounds like there were some loose connections, and then a bit of reprogramming. In any case, I am pleased now and can get back to enjoying the car!Thank you. I gave up and brought it to the dealer. It is a brand new car, and so I thought it was appropriate for them to sort it out. Ford reached out to me via the forums, so perhaps they can help expedite! Thank you to all again!!
