I am not sure what happened, but as of yesterday, my access to PTS is no longer working and I don't know if I will be able to get it back. If I do, I will let you guys know, but for the time being, I am no longer able to provide VIN checks.

If you have a feature that stopped working or got an update that was supposed to give you a feature and it is not working, this is most likely due to a botched config somewhere. I can help with things like this, but you would need to have FORScan so you can pull your a/b data and send to me since I am no longer able to see it myself.

Without PTS and not being a Mach E owner, there is little reason for me to be here, so unless I can get my access back, I won't be active on this forum. Feel free to message me if you feel like I can be of help in any other way.

I would like to know the status of the updating of my modules And if you see any thing needing updating.

My VIN is 3FMTK3SU3NMA14645

I was one of the ones having not received any OTAs since August 2023. In late July my dealer update “all” modules to hopefully unlock the OTAs.

Good News !! 2 weeks after service I got an update - 23-PU1113. Nothing since.

I'm sure many others will echo this, but I want to say thank you for all of the effort that you have put into make this one of the best and most helpful forums! You've specifically helped me get more enjoyment out of my car, and as someone who usually finds cars very utilitarian, that is a huge change!

@indie Based on this Thread (https://www.macheforum.com/bluecruise-1-3-software-update-and-sliders-explained/), I understand there's a bug that hinders Sync to recognize that it's now capable of the new features hence it does not show the buttons. It's worse for people like me who have not had BlueCruise 1.0 before because for those folks there's no easy way to enable it at all despite all features are installed.

Give Rugedraw a PM. He might be able to work his magic for you with Forscan.

Thanks. They definitely ran a bunch of updates, not sure why they didn’t do them all…..

Unfortunately, it looks like I still have the LKB gateway module.

Also not sure how to interpret the other updates as to whether or not I got the BC 1.3 updates pushed.

Yeah, I'm not an expert but I still have a day on my PTS license and was able to pull the history on what they did if that helps at all:

Looks like they did some decent ones: ABS, SOBDM, SOBDMC, BECM, PCM, OBCC, and GWM so hopefully that gets you closer to where you want to be.

PTS isn't showing any updates available right for you and the OTA dashboard is clean as well so it looks like your good for now .

The fixes that you now applied together with @rugedraw, is this something that you could describe in a post, or is this too case specific?
Furthermore, would it be possible for you to say what SW revisions you have got, especially for APIM, IPMA and PSCM. To my knowledge those are the one being in charge for BC.

IPMA must be at ACJ or BAE. If you have any ofthese two, the PSCM will be at the right version. Also, CMR, SCCM and CCM must be at the latest version. Sync must be at 23159 or above.

Hey there, this is what I can see online in PTS as far as updates and OTA status:

As far as the OTAs and them getting stuck, blocked, or not finished one of the other guys might know more on that as I'm not familiar with what could cause it to fail. I just have a temporary PTS license for a few days so I could check my own vehicle and wanted to help out a little while I still had access before it expired. Hopefully they can point you in the right direction there.

6/30 my car was disabled/locked out (doors don’t work, jumper cables wouldn’t pop the frunk, etc). We assumed dead 12v but after reading some threads here I’m suspecting it was a bad update. It was towed to the dealer who got it opened without issue and replaced the 12V. When I got the car back 9/3 it had update ECG 24.2.4.10.2 installed.

Can someone share my recent update history to confirm my suspicion? Or help prove I’m crazy and it was really just a bad battery.
