Thanks @rugedrawI can tell you that your car is talking to the mothership. It has reported itself as recently as today. The modem shows as authorized. In regards to the OTA, that is recorded going back 60 days, so I can't see what happened with that update. Your is on Sync 23031 which coincides with the 4.x.x updates. At this time, I do not see any APIM, GWM, TCU or IPC updates showing for your car, but that is nothing I can try to help you with unless you have FDRS.
Welcome back Javier! ??<SNIP>
I was able to get my access back, so for better or worse: Here I am.

Thanks again @rugedraw, yeah I've only had this car since May and I'm new with it too, regarding what should or shouldn't be part of the experience.@Aboltoflightning! I was able to get my access back, so for better or worse: Here I am.
Unfortunately, for these EV-specific concerns, I will have to digress to Mike or others. I don't own one, so without first-hand experience, I can't intelligently address those concerns. You are on an older version of Sync; that may have something to do with it. Your vehicle last checked in a few hours ago.

They won't be able to. You aren't showing the updates pending needed to update your Sync.Thanks again @rugedraw, yeah I've only had this car since May and I'm new with it too, regarding what should or shouldn't be part of the experience.
I've tried to skim through as many posts on this forum to see if my issue seems like something that has popped up before and with someone else but I haven't had much luck. I'll mention the possibility of updating my version of Sync as a possible solution when they ask me to bring it in again.
Thanks again.
Contact your servicing dealer and ask them to look at the vehicle health report. Your car is reporting a network communications issue between your gateway (the network router for the whole car) and your APIM (Sync module). Which would explain why you're experiencing these issues. You can request that they get a Ford Field Service Engineer involved. Tell them you want that upfront.Thanks @rugedraw
Yeah, I'm "in the weeds" when it comes to this car and the updates associated with it, but I'm happy to learn as time goes on. It's nice to see that there is a connection to "Ford Mothership" and the only reason I was curious is because since I have had the car I haven't been able to see chargers available within the Navigation app.
When I go and select a charger to find, there is a grey banner that pops up with "connection not available" and I can't seem be able to see if the populated list is from cached information or more recent information.
I know it's pretty small, but I was wondering if this small thing would be required to condition the car for Fast Charging when I do my long trips (I'm up in Canada and with the winter season approaching I want to be able to do this). Well this prompted me to see if there are other aspects of the vehicle that require some "Mothership" connection and my "Charge It" (I think that is what it's called) app also comes back with unable to find nearby chargers. I then decided to sign up for the Ford Connectivity Premium to see if this could push things along and when I'm selecting "Alexa" within settings to finish the process a "not connected to network" type message pops up and I can't finish the process.
It's these small things that made me question if I was connected to the "Mothership", so I'm grateful for your confirmation that it is, now I'm just left wondering what it could be. Maybe the Gateway Modem replacement will solve this seemingly minor issue.
Thanks again @rugedraw, I remember reading that you were stepping away from this Forum so I'm glad to see you taking the time to look into this for me, really appreciate it.
Just got service for SSM80545, and wondered about my module status (BC 1.3 installed itself last week). 3FMTK3SU6NMA49891. Thanks.
Can someone check my vin? I'm considering a sale of my mach e and want to be able to tell a buyer that all updates are done (or not!). I am ready for a 20k mile service that I could schedule and then ask for the updates then.
My VIN is 3FMTK3SU1NMA37955
@Mike G or anyone.
