Contact your servicing dealer and ask them to look at the vehicle health report. Your car is reporting a network communications issue between your gateway (the network router for the whole car) and your APIM (Sync module). Which would explain why you're experiencing these issues. You can request that they get a Ford Field Service Engineer involved. Tell them you want that upfront.

Ok folks, this forum is amazing. I’ve had my Mach e since May - nicest car I’ve ever had. That being said, the only update that I’ve had is for BC in July. Dealer says nothing needed. ( ford site says excellent health ) but I just have a feeling.

That was the only update waiting to be installed...that warranty was paying the labor for, is what they meant. '21s haven't been getting much OTA love this summer. The top three items in this list are all cruise control related updates that would be needed for BC 1.3 to eventually become activated. Ford is still dragging that out for '21 models.
