I can’t wait for all the future posts;

“My range is down in Winter. My Heat Pump is must be Broken.”

Granted it will be fewer of us who live where it’s REALLY cold.

I'm sorry, but this upgrade is the most disappointing I ever saw in the EV world. Only ventilated seats and heatpump.... In the EU-market all the competitors have that alrdy since the beginning.

No 800V upgrade, where is the V2L/V2G function?
those are semi major architecture changes... will have to wait for the new platform.

Looks like they relocated PRNDL to steering column stock as a lever. I kinda like the PRNDL dial.

Note: it appares to be a R-N-D (Pull back for P)
If it is similar to the VW id4, the "P", is a push button on the end of the stalk. This was an annoying feature I had to Youtube, on my id4 test drive.

Great upgrades and will be tempting when our options contract is up in September 2025. I would have liked native NACS, but I am not seeing NACS being retrofitted into existing EA stations or others, at least the ones I have visited. So with that in mind I am far more likely to be at a CCS station still on a trip than a NACS. So I guess it can wait a couple years more.

I mostly don't mind the frunk loss. I have yet to use it for anything significant. I actually came back from a trip to visit family and they had given us a bag of cat litter their cats didn't want to deal with and I put it in the frunk. It was about four months after that trip while I went to fill up the washer fluid that I realized it was still in there. Smaller frunk like that looks like it will make for a better spot for adapters and extension cords, which is all I really want to keep in it anyway at this point.

Magnaride on the Premium tuned for comfort compared to tuned for sport driving like the GTs would have put me over the edge on upgrading I think. Magnaride and ventilated seats are the only thing keeping our current MME from being a nearly perfect vehicle. I am fine with charging curve and all the rest from our real-world usage. But some ventilated seats would actually benefit us.

So you want a native NACS port, but also want an 800v architecture that current Superchargers do not support...

Got it.
Native NACS port would likely mean the chargeport will be relocated to match Tesla. That’d be helpful on V3s (of which there are thousands) but not much else.

800v platform would be fine on Superchargers, just as long as there’s a good DC to DC converter. Porsche’s converter does 150kW on the Taycan and 135kW on the Macan. Contrast that performance with Lucid that does a lousy 50kW

Ventilated seats - NICE
Heat pump...whatever....only matter to people who live in the cold....so good news for them.
Stalk shifter...why?

If Ford went through all the effort for a stalk shifter....WHY IS THERE STILL A START/STOP BUTTON?!?!?!

How bout these items addressed:
- Any chance you can display the charge rate on the in car screen?!?!?

- Trunk/Frunk buttons: either physical buttons,
OR
change the software so that the screen does NOT shut off when a door is opened. Turn off the screen when the doors shut and are locked. Trunk/frunk buttons on screen should ALWAYS be available at the top band.

- A button/option to manually initiate preconditioning for the battery.

- Better 12volt battery conditioning, and a way to see the level of 12 volt charge.

Keep improving Ford...keep up the good work, but start to listen to what your current owners are asking for.
