Hi @Mike G

When you have the chance, can. You check mine? Do I have a DSP update available (really wanted to use Beosonic)?

3FMTK3SU1NMA25157

I believe that the last update the car tried to install was the GWM, which failed. In the car screen it says that Ford will send the update again at a latter date but it’s been two months in this stage. Can Dealerships do the updates upon customer request?

Thank you!
Giving Mike a break here. DSP is there for you.

Hi. Would be grateful if someone could check 3FMTK3SU4MMA36930.

I updated everything recently in FDRS but wondering if the updates that enable Google Maps battery % and/or FordPass climate control details have been made available to my 2021 J1 since then.
No updates pending for your car; list is empty.

Have not been getting OTAs. The dealer says they've done "all the available updates," but I'm skeptical.

Just tonight I got a Park Brake and Auto Hold fault tonight. I'd love to have some info before I take it back in.

You do indeed have a DSP update.

Ford dealerships can apply available updates but will likely want you to pay for it unless the labor is covered by warranty.

Hi, I have to go to the dealer for the brake performance update recall CSP 24B60.
Can anyone check if there are also other pending updates to be applied?
VIN WF0TK3SSXMMA37563
Last time the dealer said they had done all the available updates but it was not true.

Thanks a lot for your help.

It's interesting that this is a FSA for EU/UK but even though the same updates are available here in North America there is no current program here to get them applied by the dealer tech.

Here's your list of available updates (includes the PCM and ABS updates 24B60 refers to):

Your available software list is empty. They did update everything.

You may not get any OTAs for a little while now that they've caught you up using FDRS.

I was having daily communication errors previously. Can you see if those have stopped? Thanks so much, Mike.

I don't see those now. Your car is communicating every time you drive it.

Remember that recall for the rear brake connectors that needed to get replaced due to corrosion?

That's what's setting off your ABS warning for the parking brake (according to the TSB).

I see that FSA is no longer listed for your car, so you must have had that done already. In that case I think they need to check their work. Cause it's the same fault. Maybe a bad crimp?

Oh, and @henny I suggest a BMS reset for the learned values the next time you go out for a drive. Your 12V battery is showing only 75% charge and I know you've driven it today. So it's possible that doing the BMS reset will let it charge back up fully after a nice long drive....or it's also possible your 12V battery is nearing it's end.

Well you do the BMS Reset dance of course!

You press the start button once, without your foot on the brake.

You flash the high beams five times.

You step on the brake pedal three times.

You check the instrument panel to see the little red battery indicator flash three times.

You press the start button to turn the car completely off.

Then you start the car normally and drive off for an hour or so.

And that's the BMS reset dance!

I doubt there will be any newer IPMA software than this one released any time soon. They just released this BAE version to the F150's today.
Well, this didn't age very well. The new IPMA software released for the F150's is not the BAE strat; it's BBC which is newer. It is being dissected by the gurus right now and there is some new stuff in there that was not in the previous software. I'm going to install it on my truck tonight.

Edit: 2021 F150's only so far.

I hate to say this, but the best way to get all the updates done is
  1. buy a Mongoose, get a Windows laptop, purchase a FDRS license, and do them yourself
  2. contact @rugedraw about "borrowing" all the equipment, and do them yourself
  3. find a nearby forum member who has the equipment, and spend an afternoon with them
I'll volunteer to help you out if you're ever in the Sacramento area. Just bring the beer and nacho chips.
Anyone in Denver/Colorado Springs/Greeley with experience who would like to run 14 updates on a Mach-E? If I tried it something would happen and the car would brick itself.
