No, that update is still "not installed". Have no idea why. Really want to try new adaptive cruise control. Now cold here and my 12v is around 50-60% all the time, maybe that's the reason.

Oh and yeah that is a bit low. Or let me correct myself, it’s not low but it’s too low for whatever genius design by Ford (if you can’t manage to let the car install an update on just a couple of hours on 60% battery my limited brainpower would argue that it is not sufficient design by Ford). If I remember right some users mentioned it should ideally be 80-90% when trying to install updates.

I will just try to connect 12v charger and leave for a night, will see. If this doesn't help, I will ask dealer to do the update with FDRS

also received 6.14.0 recently. But in my entertainment section there is not the different sections as the update say’s. ( play and Watch) see screenshots below. I also dont have the option in my Ford account to add a new type of subscription.

anyone have an solution? Or the problem sounds formiliar?

I think you need to check with your official dealer. I was pushing my dealer to get connected services and got everything working only 1,5 years after purchase of the car. So I can see online traffic etc. btw, Youtube is a nice option when sitting in the car and charging or waiting someone

The strange thing is; I do have connected navigation;

but no ”new” kind of subscriptioN.

I do have the real time traffic and wheater…

However I imported this car in july 2024 from Germany (new car, 1.5 years old,).
In the meantime (july - now) it did update 3 times to this version. So updates work.

So I guess I'm still far behind on the latest updates, which is 6.14 or higher.

Is there a way to speed up / force the update proces? I've already scheduled to check for updates
every day (and automatic updates on). And what is the latest version for Europe?

Hi. Latest in Europe is 6.14.0.

The only way to speed up is to do manualy via FRDS. OTA is impossible to speed up. Europe in general is very slow in updates, comparing with USA.
