Yes last month financing had better rebates than leasing plus 0%. This month leasing has better deals.
Mark, are you able to buyout your lease at end of term?

Congrats! Sounds like you had a great experience and got exactly what you wanted. *higjack* My 21 Grabber Blue GT was purchased under the Ford Options program. Since the buyout ($27k) was more than the value, I decided I would turn it in. But I love the car so much, I decided to get another MME. Wanted a '25 in Velocity Blue, but the timing wouldn't work. Grabber Blue is the only color in the MME lineup I like, but I didn't want to get the exact same car. So I found a 24 GT with all of the features I wanted in Vapor Blue and then had it wrapped.
I haven't driven it much yet, but I don't love it as much as my '21. It might just be a breaking in/getting used to it thing. The seats don't feel as comfortable and the steering wheel feels a little thinner. I hope I end up loving it as much as my '21. It's truly a great car!
Yeah, I noticed that my 2024‘s steering wheel rim felt thinner than my 2021’s. I’m now seeing that the lower rim is as thick as my old car’s but the upper rim is thinner. ?‍♂?

The seats in my ‘24 seem fine. The ride is softer in some ways, stiffer in others. The aftermarket anti-sway bars in the ‘21 are part of that. I won’t get my Eibach bars in for a couple of weeks. Then I can better comment on the ride.??

The factory GT all-season tires are noisy as heck and they ride harsh. I am so happy the dealer let me put my wheels on this thing. Way better than the stockers (and stickier too). ??

The dealer I was at today kept insisting that I couldn’t. It’s amazing how little they know about basic stuff.
Yeah, the finance guy at the dealer I went to said I could buy it out at the end Of the lease too. Although he was trying to tell me that the 40K service was really expensive. It’s the same as the 10K service: Inspect all of the rubber stuff, rotate tires, inspect brakes, inspect coolant, cabin air filter. He was trying to sell me a service contract, which I declined. ??

Thanks Steve. I knew that you and Mark will have an answer.

I have to say: GT’s ride quality is night and day different than the premium.

I agree about how little some salesmen know. The finance manager on the other hand should know exactly what is going on with a Ford Lease.

Do you know what the stock tires are? Just curious.

Something else I just noticed: While the car comes with a threaded socket for a recovery ring and has a space for it under the tire inflation pump, it does not include one. I just test-fit the one I bought waaaaayyyyy back when and it fits fine. ??

Just about 4 threads of contact with a wildcat left-hand thread. This is a totally abbie-normal thread. ?‍♂?

Yeah they added that. Wonder if there's threads under the rear bumper now too.
