I don't see anything out of the ordinary, health-wise. You haven't gotten an OTA in at least 60 days. But it's not uncommon for a '21 model.

Why do the updates just sit there instead of being sent ota? Really just wanted to see if blue cruise upgrade was ready. Dealership manually installed some stick updates a couple weeks ago and I'm wondering if the car has some general ota update issue.

Awesome thanks for the info. I'm in BC and have them fixing the front facing camera issue (no blue cruise) on Friday so going to have them push all of the updates then.

Ridiculous that they didn't update all of this when I bought it (I told them about the fault and they claimed to have fixed it while wengot lunch), it sat on their lot for a year so I guess I benefitted from that in the pricing. Was $44,888 plus tax with 43 km when I picked it up.

The FSA that is outstanding is "23B12 HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY MODULE HVBM REPLACEMENT" which is not the HVJB. It's to replace certain battery modules in the array that were previously replaced. A copy of the owner letter is attached. Also attached is the VIN list with your VIN on it showing what modules will be replaced.

The technical instructions for this FSA do not indicate that any software updates are required to be performed. You will need to ask your service advisor if they intend to perform any of these updates while the tech is connected with the FDRS laptop:

You do have a pending OTA in the queue (10.1.0 for the APIM), which should bring you Sync 1270 after it updates. Once that OTA arrives the next one will be 10.1.1 which is the TCU update that follows it.

Not sure why you aren't being sent OTAs. You paid for the BC subscription but haven't gotten the IPMA/PSCM update that enables BC 1.3. I'd call Ford about that and ask if they can do that during your upcoming maintenance visit. 800-392-3673

I had a failed OTA update attempt mid of November, and you analyzed afterwards that they tried to update a module that wasn't even available for me.
Now I am curious whether there are new modules in the list, and maybe also a pending OTA update?
