Apparently, there was a stoppage or something, because my "In Production" date now shows 2/19 instead of 1/23. Maybe they were short something and the cars now have to go back through the line to get them fitted?

Mine is Premium Extended Range 2wd with sport appearance package.

I tried adding it to my Ford pass app but it's waiting for someone to approve it in the car via touchscreen.

I added my VIN to Ford pass before the car got into production. It shows there and it shows in ford.com vehicle dashboard where I also added it previously, but no real info. I wonder if it will sync up or if it will also be waiting to be approved once the car is powered on ?‍

Vehicle details just has a nickname, VIN, and blank License Plate field.

This is the first reported shipped!? I wonder if OKTB has been reached. They may still need to finish the previous builds with the fixes leading up to that point, but hopefully all current builds and future will ship out quickly.

I see your window sticker is blue while mine is green. My window sticker says special order while yours does not:

sspeed1, is your sticker like e_riggy's sticker?

If so, that is maybe why you are getting shipped sooner - here is something from my dealer when I asked if cars being shipped meant that OKTB had been reached. If that is the case, and If I'm interpreting this correctly, then it would appear that perhaps OKTB has been reached, which would fit with the "week of" being pushed out last week it would seem.

Now here's the qualifying question. The dealership may have ordered that MME as a stock unit for dealer inventory, but spec'd it the way a customer wanted it, thereby getting around the OKTB delays.

If the dealership ordered that specific MME as a "retail" unit - coded as such in the ordering system - and it's built, then OKTB has likely been reached.

We typically don't order vehicles for our clients coded as stock inventory just in case there are early problems on the assembly line, as those units get parked in a holding lot and may sit for quite some time delaying the unit from shipping even more than just waiting for OKTB on a properly ordered retail unit. It's ultimately a gamble to order a client's vehicle as a stock unit instead of doing it properly; sometimes it comes quicker while most of the time it does not.

Mine is dealer stock, otherwise my build date would have been a month later.

I guess I interpreted incorrectly. The dealer stock gets shipped out before OKTB. I wonder if that risks having an issue that was not caught yet, and may need to be fixed later.

I'm in the same boat. It's hard to be patient when we're so close! And with the added stress of wanting to get in under any possible impending tariffs.
