Anything new? Thx!
Nope.......100% up to date.

Would be grateful if someone could check my VIN.

Thanks in advance.
Assuming you are asking for pending updates, you list is below. You have the latest Sync software already.

Is there anything sitting on FDRS to be done?

How far behind is Sync?

Thanks in advance! :D
Vehicle is 100% up to date as far as what is available for it. You are one version behind the latest Sync version, but until Ford releases more for you, you are as up to date as you can be.

Will someone please check my VIN for available updates?

Thanks!
Same exact response I gave Trekkie above applies to you.

Job-1 Premium RWD from Jan 2021 that doesn't seem to have any updates in ages. Given out of warranty now, determining if much of any are available to justify investing in the whole J2534+FDRS setup. Thx!

Your car is one Sync version behind the latest one and modules with pending updates are below. OTA history shows no recent updates, but connectivity seems to be fine and your car reported itself to the mothership mid-February. You do not show any pending updates for the GWM, APIM or TCU, so even with FDRS, you would not be able to fully update your Sync software until Ford releases more updates for your VIN. You would be able to update the ADAS modules to be able to enable BC 1.3 if that is something you want. Considering it is a 2021, it is not too behind at all.

Welcome to the forum. Your car is on Sync 21233 which is prehistoric software from 2021. With that said, it seems like this car was manually updated with FDRS (Ford's dealer software) at some point because the list of pending module updates should be longer and you have the IPMA software for BC 1.4 beta already.

I know you're new here and this may all sound like Chinese to you, but at some point, your car fell out of favor with the OTA process and fell behind. You have no full screen capability and are missing a bunch of features that if you stick around the forum, you will notice other people have and your car is missing. I will try my best to not overwhelm you with info, but it's a lot, so feel free to message me if you want to discuss this further and not clutter up this thread.

You are about to come to a fork in the road at the beginning of your ownership experience. The red pill means you will wait for the OTA process to get you caught up. As far behind as you are, this will literally take years. There is no way to speed up the OTA process and even with warranty, dealers are of little help with this. This path is full of bitching, complaining, frustration, phone calls to Ford that lead no where, and a disdain for your car and Ford for the foreseeable future.

The blue pill means you will buckle up and take the issue into your own hands. Invest in the tools needed to update the vehicle yourself (or borrow one of my Mongoose cables free of charge) and get the car you paid or are paying for up to date. No experience needed.....we can walk you through it as we have done for countless others.

Good to know as I head back into the dealer this week. They will have the car for over a week to fix issues that were detailed in the purchase. I have a really good relationship with them and the owner, so it may work out. If not Blue pill it is.

Thanks for all the info.

In that case, the list of pending updates are below. The Sync modules (GWM, APIM, TCU and in your case, also the IPC) cannot be updated from an old version to the latest in one go. They have to be installed sequentially in the order they are released. So once the TCU update you see below is done, it'll release another one of the ones I mentioned. When that one is done, it will release another one and so on until no more pop up. Your car will need many APIM, GWM and TCU updates done to be updated, with one or two IPC updates in between.

Showed this list to the Sales Person and Sales Manager. Their eyes went wide in disbelief. Said they would do all the leg work when I drop it off for the week and ensure that all updates are done and it's back in the system.

APIM = Sync

That software update check only lists OTA status and not any real details about what modules are involved. And it won't show you all the other available updates that haven't been carefully curated and crafted into precious gifts to be delivered sporadically.

My had dealer the car yesterday in concern to a two week old 12V battery warning I had.

Following TSB 25-2058: 2021-2023 (Mach-E 12V Battery Drain - Software Update) they tested the battery, claiming a pass, and then stated to have applied multiple software updates.

My system is still stuck on 'Checking for updates.. Please wait" within the Sync software update screen.

Can my VIN:

3FMTK3SU2PMA80347

Please be checked again to see what updates remain and confirm the last installed update? Thank you, so much!

Next Wednesday I am bring my 23 AWD in for a 24,000 mile service. It would be extremely helpful if I knew if I had all my updates. Would someone be so kind as to look up 3FMTK3SS9PMA48851 and share with me if I am missing anything if my OTA's are up to date. Thank you in advance.
