12 volt battery charger recommendations

I bought a replacement 12 volt battery (BAGM-H3) from Ford dealer last fall using my points before they expired - it was built in July 2024. I plan to have dealer replace the original during 20K mile service, which should time out close to the end of its 3-yr warranty. The replacement will be at/near 1 year old, so I want to fully charge it overnight before service - recommended chargers/precautions would be appreciated? thank you.

I stated Battery Tender or NOCO. I said I had 3 battery tenders. How much more specific do you need?

There are more than 30 BT/NOCO units at that link. Are you saying any one will work equally well on the MME?

I have a 1.25amp and two 3 amp units. Any of the 3amps would be what I would buy again.

I recommend anything made by Clore Automative that has a dedicated AGM mode, such as the PL2310 or PL2320, or anything in the CHARGE IT! series (yellow triangle shape).

BatteryMINDer® Model 2012-AGM is also good as a maintainer.

Personally do not like NOCO 12V chargers due poor charge termination logic.

For an overnight charge, make sure the charger is capable of 4 amps or greater output. Little battery maintainers can take several days to fully charge a 12V battery and will not be of any use if the battery dies due to the limited output.

If they charge their car every night, yes since 12V is active during HVB charging. Attaching a 12V charger is not necessary for everyday use.

For clarification, I bought a replacement battery in October 2024 that was built in July -- it's been sitting in the garage ever since. I want to fully charge it when I bring it to the dealer to install at my 20K service. As always, appreciate the responses.

I picked up Clore Automotive PL2310 which has charge rate of 2, 6, or 10A. I assume 6A is the best choice for my situation? thank you
