I traded in my 2021 Premium with 53,000 miles and got the 2025 GT Perf with all the bells and whistles. Did a 3 yr lease. Here is my breakdown. Was able to get the lease Incentive, Employee pricing and a little more off the top. Hope this helps.

My order still hasn't shown up from Feb build. I ended up getting the first GT I saw at a dealer. Drove 2 hrs away for it.

I saw a molten magenta one I like 1.5 hours away, but I already put a deposit down on a shadow black one so I'm going to just stay with the shadow black one for now. Who knows if that'll change later...

Sadly, pickings are pretty slim here right now, at least in molten magenta or (my backup color) velocity blue. The dealer I put my deposit in on only has as single 2025 on the lot, a green one. Not a bad green, but doesn't do it for me on a Mustang.

I did visit one dealer that Ford's inventory search said did have a molten magenta in stock. The photos really don't do the color justice. It had a purplish tint to it in the gray weather we had yesterday morning. Sadly, it had just been sold (as shown by the "SOLD" tag on the dash).

Looks like you got a good deal. If I can ask, How much is your monthly payment and did you put down any additional money?

I have a GT on the way that should arrive this week or next. I’ll be happy if I get as good of a deal as you did.

I can safely say since the tariff effect has been announced, almost all available cars around me have been sold (I can specifically recall 24 black and 24 green premium being no longer available). My avaliable option now are white & yellow premium or gray select.

One of the craziest things is that the dealer does seem to have some cars photographed at some facility of theirs (it has their name on it), but it's not the dealership, or at least their main dealership. I'm trying to track down what it is and where it is.

I'm starting to wonder if there is also some "generic dealer" template that the websites use (they all appear to use the same software) for photos that aren't actual photos, but renders or something.

That's because Ford doesn't show any "Retail" ordered cars, but the dealerships all seem to list them along with all their dealer orders. Ours is listed on our Dealership's website like it's on the lot and available to purchase even though it's spoken for and in transit.

Ended up putting a deposit down about a month ago on a dealer order that was in transit because I was sold on the 2025 versus a similarly equipped 24.

Finally took delivery this week but it was a bit of an adventure waiting. Seems the delivery tracking is absolutely pointless other than giving you hope and dreams to hang onto instead of ditching for a dealer order.

This car was in production 3/6 and built 4/24 and shipped 4/25. I took delivery on 5/8. My dealer was absolutely bewildered when I called them to inform them that they posted pictures of my car on their website. I had called them the previous day and they even commented on getting a mach-e as they'd check the vin! Guess they didn't bother!

Seems like putting a deposit down really doesn't mean anything unless it's a custom order, probably help because the sticker is a different color otherwise they'd probably try to sell it!

Another delay... This time it's a 12-day delay from 12 days ago.

So, the early ETA is still 47 days just like it was on back on April 29th.

Current window is 6/27 - 7/03

I ordered 186 days ago.

Awesome that you finally got it...

This is my end week, kind of. Actually, I have a drop dead date in June for... reasons... but if I don't get something this week, I'm definitely going to start looking at other dealers. I might even go with something other than my preferred color.

Right now, I'm tracking two cars at my dealer: the one I put a deposit on and one that they claim is "in stock," but is not on the lot (and the Ford tracker only says it's been "Received"). As soon as either of them show up on the lot, I'm getting one.
