i never understand the language in some of these updates. how can this update prevent new bugs in the future? does this mean they know they have a software update in the pipeline that breaks the door module unless it's already upgraded to this revision?

What prevents you from disabling OTA right now?

I did it more than two years ago, and have never regretted it.
