I ordered my 2025 GT (I have a 2021 Premium now) in February with an April build date. They sent me the VIN when I placed the order and I put that in the Ford app. Sometime in May I started getting information from the 25 (state of charge, tire pressure, etc). I clicked on Location and saw that it was in the factory parking lot in Mexico. Later on it was on the Texas border for a few days (probably to get the fentanyl out of the rocker panels) and then spent a few weeks in a rail yard near Kansas City. Today I saw it was in Ohio (on a train) so it's finally making it's way east (I'm in Connecticut).

Has anyone had the Browser extension suddenly stop working, and now the "hidden" details no longer appear on the website? Mine was working fine until today. It only seems to display the information if I have the "developer tools" open at the time that the web page is displayed.

Got a call from my dealer. They shipped my car on a container ship rather than by rail. My original estimate on delivery after the car was built in July was first week in August. That estimate has now moved to first week of September, my dealer was optimistic that it would be here before 0-0-0 ends but definitely didn't promise that, and I'm not holding my breath.

I'm pretty frustrated since the dealer originally told me I would have the car in 6 to 8 weeks back at the end of March. I'm definitely running low on patience, and the wait had soured the experience significantly. This was going to be my first Ford but I have to say, I'm starting to really doubt the decision.

If there isn't a equivalent or better deal than the 0% interest in September then I think I'll just walk away from my deposit and buy a Trailseeker from Subaru next summer... Not saying it's an equivalent product but I have felt much better taken care of by Subaru than I have from Ford so far.

Don't complain, mine took 14 months after ordering.

Lost $3750 tax credit on a purchase.

Ford has price protection as long as it's a Custom Order and not a stock order. You get your choice of rebates and finance/lease packages when you ordered if that was better than what's offered when you take delivery.

Fair enough, I do think it's an incredible car which is why I waited this long. Reading my post I think I was a lot harsher than warranted, I'm just salty today (my car is on a boat😂). I think I would be less frustrated if my dealer had told me be ready for a long wait, but that is on my dealer and not on Ford.

I am price protected which is good because the car is more than two thousand more on the window sticker than on my receipt because of tarrifs. The incentives when I ordered were not that great so I was pumped thinking the car was going to be here in a week or two because I was looking forward to the 0-0-0 deal. My mistake for counting eggs as chickens.

I do really want the car so I'll end up taking delivery unless there is something seriously wrong when it gets here. I was happy enough back in March to put in an order, it just feels bad deal because the current incentive is so good.

I was actually really excited a week ago when I thought it was going to be here next week. Now that it's going to be another month I'm just disappointed.

Are you leasing ?
Is that the reason for your patience ?

I am not sure if I will lease or purchase outright. I decided to order because I wanted to get exactly the specs I wanted. At the time I ordered there were none that matched what I wanted anywhere near me. I put down a deposit so I don't want to walk away from that and buy one off a lot at this point.

The dealer also quoted me a trade price and agreed to honor that until the Mach E arrived, even though I'm driving my current car everyday, which makes it less painful to wait.

My current car is owned and reliable so the Mach is a want not a need. I just let myself get too excited by the Ford tracking estimate and I was really disappointed when it was pushed back a month.
