Individuals encountering ANY vehicle safety problems not attributed to typical wear and tear are encouraged to file a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Upon submission, an email confirming receipt of the complaint will be sent within one hour. The complaint will be made publicly available on the NHTSA website within 72 hours, facilitating the identification of recurring safety issues by other consumers. NHTSA personnel will examine the complaint and may request additional information or clarification. The greater the number of similar complaints received, the more likely NHTSA will investigate and potentially determine that a recall is necessary.

I am encouraging everyone to go and file a complaint. Upload pictures, emails, invoices, codes, etc.

You can also file a claim with the Ford Motor Company.

I filed one back in 2001 when my new BMW X5 (e53) would stall in the middle of an intersection when making a left turn from a stop.

This got BMW's attention quickly and arrange to have my new BMW into service where a master BMW tech worked.

Got a BMW 5 series loaner for a month while they figured it out.

After they replaced the entire engine including fuel pumps - the car worked beautifully for 4 more years.

NHTSA report was VERY effective and a very quick response!

I'm still trying to find a complaint. Maybe... It's too fast!
Well, I’m 50 months & 117,500 miles in and even if I was in the US don’t think NHTSA would consider my complaint that………………..well, hell, I ain’t got no complaint🤷🏼‍♂️

This car is damn near-perfect🤷🏼‍♂️

I don't understand what's happening here. I'm just going to go hide in my frunk for safety (which makes as much sense as this post).

It can be any complaint that you feel is a manufacture problem. If it has enough complaints, they'll investigate for a possible recall. However, my issue is "Front Camera Fault Service Required", "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available", and "Door Fault Service Required"

Germy, when you have multiple faults like this you should consider replacing your 12V battery. As I’ve learned here, 3 years is pushing the limits on your 2022.

Sounds like you are looking for a complex solution for a simple problem.

Just take it in to the dealer, it’s covered under warranty.

Reminds me of a story a stranger told me yesterday. They were having a birthday party for their 4 year old in their apartment in the afternoon.

The police showed up because the neighbor downstairs dialed 911 for a noise complaint.

Loud birthday party in the afternoon doesn’t seem like a 911 emergency.

Yah, agree -it's not a safety issue hence - not worthy of a NHTSA complaint.

The OP's car is outside the 3/36 warranty so unless it's covered under an extended warranty, the camera fault (TSB 23-2155) is going to be expensive out of pocket.
