I hope she doesn’t have it. I reserved my car, converted to order, found out my mom had cancer, my mom passed. My mom was a former Mustang owner. She was excited I was getting a Mustang and wanted the “death ride” in the MME. Still waiting for my MME. ??

If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

QUESTION: When I look trucking, I see Origin city(Kansas City), Freight bill # and my vin number with status pending. Does that mean Mach E is built and is on a train?

Dealership I ordered from got a GT last Saturday ordered 6 weeks after my order !
Mine has not even been built yet !
When I question them this morning.........

I spoke with the dealer sales manager and had me on hold for easily about 5 min. when he came back he said it is on its way and expected to be delivered the week of November 14. I asked if he had the railroad info and he said he doesn't have that. I don't know why he wouldn't have it. I also asked if he can tell when it shipped and he said mid October. So if it did ship mid October it should be here mid November. Crossing my fingers it is delivered the week of Nov. 14. KC is next state over, about 9 hour drive from KC to the dealer. So if it does come through Jack Cooper, I am hoping it's delivered early in the week.
BTW as of yesterday I am not able to track my MME through the Fords website, when I put in my information and click on "Accept & Track" it just refreshes the screen and takes me back to a clear screen. I am hoping it's doing that because it's in the middle of an update. I am still able to see it through seg.fyi which shows no changes.

Try switching browsers and turning off your wifi on your cel that way it goes from a different IP address. This worked for me when that happened, I switched from chrome to safari and turned off wifi and it worked.

Mine is showing the same thing and I’m wondering the same thing. Wishful thinking tells me it’s built and on its way to KC. Ford tracker shows build scheduled week of 11/1 originally pushed from 10/25.

It means it's been built and headed for KC. It's in their system, but until it lists more info, it's still on its way from Mexico.

I hope so! Yes, it shipped from Mexico on 10/19.

That site only queries the Ford site and pulls back more detail than Ford shows. Can you get the window sticker? Sounds like there might be a glitch with seq.fyi. Sometimes Ford performs maintenance on their site which could impact seg.fyi. Do you have a VIN that works?

Yeah, all the other vins+order #s at my dealer work and pull back info from Seg.fyi. Only the vin+order number for my specific car doesn't work. It does pull up the window sticker for my vin.

The developer may need to answer your question because it seems like it should work.

I just checked mine on seg.fyi and I'm having the same problem, nothing is pulling up for me. I'm guessing the developer probably has to make some adjustments to his program.
