Summarizing all the responses to my request the theory is: 7 digit number is a code of some sort of a batch. The denominator - is a total number of orders in the batch. And numerator is your order number in that batch.
At this point we have four batches

003316 - 540 orders
003372 - 630 orders
003396 - 303 orders
003428 - 331 orders

If these numbers are batches:

That might explain why I haven't received an In Production/Estimated Delivery date yet: I'm 003428 which is the highest number of this group of four. Does anyone else have 003428 on their window sticker and, if so, do you have an In Production date/Estimated Delivery date in shop.ford.com?

Sounds plausible, but at what stage of production will shop.ford.com show an In Production/Estimated Delivery date?

My WS popped up Thursday the 6th (showing the 5th as the date at the very bottom of the WS). Could my lack of In Production/Estimated Delivery dates simply mean that my CalRt1 is not finished yet?

I would've thought the cars in each batch may have something in common, but you have a Rt. 1 and I have an extended-range premium. But I guess those specifics don't matter much.

003541, and 58/300... which doesn't match anyone elses here... weird. But I went "in production" and got my window sticker on 1/5. Confusing...

Thanx--two data points, so we have a correlation lol that they are still working their way through "batch" 003428. I don't know if they have Sunday shifts at CSAP (Cuautitlan Stamping and Assembly Plant). Still, nice to be in a different waiting game that the one that ran from August 25th until now. Duh, listen to me, stretching to avoid grumpiness.

Maybe. I just realized I was replying to the wrong thread. ?? My build week is 1/10. But I still don't match anyones numbers there either!! So your 4 batch groups may be right for this week, who knows.
