I don't think your estimates are up to date.
I'm from the same batch. My palsapp updated on 1/31. The railcar with my car is arriving to its final destination this night. But my ETD is still 3/6/22

it was based on $56,900 pre-december. X-plan would be 2% of $58,900 = $1,178. So I went with price protection. I tried playing ignorant to double dip but no…
x-plan is also supposed to cap the documentation fees to something like $150? Did your dealer charge you higher doc fees using price protection vs x-plan?

Yeah, I don't think the estimated dates are accurate though. I'm hoping it will be delivered mid-march.

I finally got hit with the estimated delivery delay. Made it to all the way to Thursday with a 2/15 estimate but no built or shipped email so I knew it was probably not going to happen. Now on Thursday it changed to 3/14 and then this morning it changed again to 5/15. Don’t know why it took so long for the system to realize a next week delivery wasn’t going to happen. Just going to go back to not checking anymore. Ordered 7/6/21, GTPE, Rapid red and 3372 3/630

I received an email from Ford just now saying my Mach-E has been built and expected delivery between Feb 15 -22 (to bay area). The ford tracking page is still showing in production status.
Congratulations! I'm two behind you 297/540 in the same batch. No email (yet) saying it's been built, still shows "in production", expected delivery still shows 5/25 on the Ford Order Tracking website.

I confirmed with my dealer they will provide price protection and honor the price prior to the recent increase (in addition to the $750). I learned the following information is available to the dealer on their extranet site (if they search for "price protection"). It appears the dealer will get credit for the difference between current sticker and the old price (in my case, $2k) as long as it's sold to the original customer that placed the order.

Question:
sales price protection

Answer:
Sales Price Protection
Summary: Provides details of errors with automatic payment after the 45 day period.
Overview
Price protection guarantees the original price level, as long as it is reported sold to the original customer. Price protection covers the base price of the unit and will automatically be paid approximately 45 days after the unit is reported sold to the same customer for whom the unit was ordered.
Mismatched Names and Non-Payment
In the event that the price protection program does not automatically pay the dealership after the 45-day period, the Vehicle Order Processing Center can research the concern. Non-payment may be due to several reasons, including:
  • Vehicle ordered in the business name but sold to the business owner (or vice versa)
  • Vehicle ordered in wife’s name but reported sold in the husband’s name (or vice versa)
When a name mismatch occurs, please contact the Vehicle Order Processing Center to review. Be prepared to provide proper documentation for the order to prove the relationship between the name and sold-to-name. Acceptable documents can include:
  • Business card
  • Business license
  • Tax information / license
  • Copies of the sold-to-name driver’s license MUST reflect the same address as the ordering name. It must prove that both ordering name and sold- to-name reside in the same household.
Contact VOPC
For assistance with Sales Price Protection, please contact the Vehicle Order Processing Center (VOPC).

that is crazy!!! So sorry to hear that.
Thanks....can't wait too see what insurance will give me for it. Used prices on F250's have gone crazy by KBB has not caught up.

Sure hope my Premium AWD ER comes in before 5/17!

BTW, the really crazy part is the people who stole my truck came back yesterday morning and used my truck, which has a furniture lift on the back, to take a motorcycle. I hoped they would only take the catalytic converter...but looks like they like the truck to much.

Insurance should pay for renting if you need it

Ford’s system thinks I’m still getting my MachE on 2/6 ?(and today is the 12th)

So for those of you frustrated with Ford’s delivery estimates… I looked at other dealerships in the area and found VINs for MachEs on their website. I compared their palsapp “arrival in KC date” to the United Roads delivery receipt. In my neck of the woods that seems to take about 14 days. So I’m projecting to get my car mid-next week.
