Wow. You are enjoying your car.
When my wife saw it and when i gave her a ride in it she just said with a very cold voice..... it is impressive..... after that every mentioning of that car makes her mad.........

I got really lucky. mine was really uneventful. I got the $2000 price protection + $750 ford model year credit + $500 reservation deposit. I was in the dealership for about an hour and half.
Did you also get x-plan on top of all these?

I'm a little bit upset that they offered me that Markup as a surprise at the last moment..... but at the same time I'm grateful that they collaborated and helped me to get that price protection thing....... So I'm not sure should I publicize their name

Did you get a no mark up, add ons or anything else in writing/text/voice mail prior to going in?

I sorta 'get' salespeople adding crap after the fact on any normal deliverys, not sure for ordered cars that someone already confirmed with no markup.

Forgot to mention..... I've bought the Premium Ford extended warranty for 8 years with 3 years of free regular service for an additional 3k
I'm a bit surprised that you took this versus going with Flood Ford or Ziegler. I can't tell what parameters you picked, but for the zero deductible 8 years Flood charges $675 for 36,000 miles, up to $3,335 for 150,000 miles. With a $50 - $200 deductible, you can't spend $3,000. You might want to go check them and compare what you bought.

And are you saying you bought the maintenance contract too?

So they charged you for thousands in add-ons, no choice, and charged you $500 in ADM?

That's what I got out of it. I think it's only a win win because he really wanted the car and got them to not break everything off in him.

Just looked up a quote. FLORIDUH law does not allow purchasing an online service contract. (at least from FLood Ford ) WHAT >>>>>

That's true, for Florida. Do some Googling and you see one other option.

But he's in California.

No..... You need to get it from them at the time of order..... But I doubt you can find any dealership that would give it to you..... And even if you get it there is no problem for them to just quit and say we refuse to sell you the car on this conditions......

Did you get any update between the time it arrived on the Argentine ramp and delivery?
Was it delivered early?

Our F150 is sitting waiting for parts for a new transmission, so we are in a rental until the MachE is here, or the F150 parts are here....
Yes delivered early. No updates at all.

Unfortunate they did that to you and happy that you got the car.

I did receive a signed contract from my dealer with all numbers, x plan pricing, option plan info etc etc. at time of order. I hear all kinds of stories of what dealers do , just sours the experience.

there are dealers out there that do the right thing.
