My concern is the data he read me was as of March 2. Does anyone know how often VVR is updated or does dealer/marketing have to submit a request????

We get a new VVR report on Fridays. I haven't checked it yet today but the last update on my car is from March 1st, awaiting shipment. Hopefully I'll get some news today.

It is strange that there are so few people posting that they have received a ship email.

I got a built email on Mar 2 with an estimated delivery of Mar 28 - Apr 3.
On Mar 4 I got and update changing the delivery date to May 4 - May 10.
Last week the estimated delivery dates on Ford.Com changed from the dates in May back to Mar 28. No email or communication from Ford or the dealer.

Shipping to Atlanta may be a little quicker than places on the west coast. But it is very unlikely that it could arrive in the 28 Mar - 3 Apr time frame if it has not been shipped. Neither Ford.Com or Shop.Ford show a shipped status.

I called Ford Marketing last week. I spoke to someone who was very friendly but could provide no clarity. My salesman does not respond to my emails and I am reluctant to push them unit I have something tangible.

I think this general story fits a few people here. The conflicting info and lack of transparency is annoying.

I know how you feel. I got a built notice on Mar 1st. My ETA still shows March 17th-23rd. But I haven't received any shipped notice either. So, unless they are not updating the shipping info there is no way my car will get here by then. Which could actually be because we have received a few vehicles that we didn't know were coming. I actually work at a dealer and I can vouch for them that they have no other info either. My car still shows awaiting shipment since March 1st and no info after that in the VVR.

Estimated miles were almost twice lower then 300 when the car arrived. But it was only 9 miles on the Odometer and the message appeared stating that it was tested in an extremely cold environment (probably it was cold in Kansas that day) and that range is not accurate.
I have already put around 800 miles on it and yesterday it showed 260 miles with 90% charge.
I don't do long drives, so it is hard for me to mark "real world" mileage. I probably should mark at some point the beginning/end of 10% battery useage and check the miles that usage returned.

What is your mi/hWh? That is the best number for actual performance.

Is it possible the cars that came in unexpectantly came via Veracruz vs rail?? I know my dealer isn't lying to me but I just wish Ford would be more transparent. This lact of transparency gives the dealer a bad rap.. Let us know if your shows up this week. I hope it does!!

I think we need to have a very targeted point of this being an issue with the Ford plant/shipping department. Ford customer service and my dealer have both been really kind and provide updates as they get them....the plant is messing this whole thing up at least in my opinion.

My guess is every one on chip hold is stored somewhere else and doesn't follow the normal path/plan in shipment so things aren't updated and no one knows. Hopefully, everyone was shipped already and they just haven't updated things yet, but probably not.

Still, if it's not showing up in palsapp, it's hard to imagine things getting to the dealer in a week or two.

At least my chip modules finally updated actually to 1786. I notice it's instructions/address are different from another car so maybe they are all mostly individualized.

For what its worth:

1. Dealer confirmed price protection with my today, after 2 months of bugging them
2. Was able to get a case number opened with the customer order team, they even gave me $100 for the ford swag store while they "investigate". I told them it was obsurd that cars were rolling off the line to the port, while my car sits in a lot waiting for scrap chips. Suggested they assign me a new one and give mine to someone who ordered 3 months after me.

Other than that, nothing-burgers as far as updated eta.

The 1/31 build week chat has a good walkthrough on getting the tracker to show back up; it's not gone, just hidden. Think it's in the 540 comment range. I don't have it available right off hand or I'd just link you to it.
