It would only show that on this page if you're at the built/shipped status. If you are just in production, there are no dates on here.

If you aren't built, only way you can check your ETA right now is by contacting your dealer and asking them to pull a VVR.
Right on both counts. And if there was an estimated delivery given, it'd be from their random date generator anyway.

My estimated delivery was 6/8. Now the estimated delivery line has been removed. No mention of it anymore, anywhere.

You are a few days late to the party lol. Discussed here last weekend.

Update: I got the email last night that my GT is now built! However the Ford tracker still shows as "In Production". The email did mention some final inspections, and with the chip hold it is likely that's just a logistics thing. The email also listed the ETA (which aligns with the date line on the tracker before it was removed).

This is exciting! I've got the same "Order Confirmed" and "In Production" dates, but no "built" yet.

I'd guess the batches aren't going through final build stages serially, considering I've not heard anything while my batch is 3565, 82/300

I can verify there is no batch / sequential order to finishing cars .. mine is in batch 3541... and it's been sitting in a lot for over a month ... i'm beginning to seriously think my car is blocked in by all the newer ones ... so they're getting finished in reverse order

Exactly my thought for mine. First ones in, last ones (edit)OUT. But maybe the good news is that we get the most current updates during that final prep.

I got a call on Wednesday evening that my car was being prepared for shipment to the dealer. Car arrived yesterday.
Ford Mustang Mach-E 01/10/22 Build Week Chat/Gang Resized_20220228_125148

I've been trying to hammer out the payment details before I go in tomorrow to sign paperwork

Only hiccup (so far) is they are insisting that the Ford Price Protection will cut me a check that I will get in 2-4 weeks?
This doesn't match these service bulletin or steps to claim FPP.

The rate they pulled up on a 48 month Ford options is 2.9 and a 36 is 1.9. Which doesn't match the information I pulled today from Ford below on a "new build gt"

Looks like trying to tack on some extra points there as well but have at least not brought up any ADM or other Add-ons.

Still trying to get the FPP resolved so that I don't have to "conveniently" finance the extra 2k into my purchase price, as well as negotiate the proper 1.4% being offered on GT level at 48 months. Xplan and my deposit are straight at this point.

Any other advice would be appreciated.

We did all the work ahead of time only to have the dealer's finance person mess it all up. As soon as we get our account number, we're going to refinance through our credit union.

They are wrong about price protection. The dealership receives the money within 45 days after the sale. My wife is the office manager at our local dealer so I have talked to her and the SM to be sure. It also appears they have marked up the interest rates, which they can do, by 0.5%. I am not looking forward to the next car I buy after my wife retires this year.

Never looked into this but can you deal directly with Ford Credit on line to secure financing if you wish to go with Ford Options?

So after getting an email that my car was being prepared for shipment, and revising my dates from end of May to end of March, just got an email that it is now end of May again...

This is gross incompetence. Either the systems keep creating false dates due to status changes, or Ford has a seriously messed up process to complete and ship cars. I try to have faith that they know what they are doing, but...

The status now works, and it shows In Production 1/19 and Built 3/2. That page says arranging shipment so I’m going to assume the email that came is simply incompetence.

I got the same email. Not happy about being told to expect a delivery at the end of March on Wednesday and then being told it is now the beginning of May.

Ditto. Got the same email that my estimated delivery date has been pushed back to 5/28, the same date that used to show on the shop.ford.com order tracker before it was removed.

Surprisingly, I am not upset. This entire experience has brought me to a state of Zen. I have learned to accept things for what they actually are rather than what I think or feel about what is—without interpretation. Ford is sensei if you will only open your spirit to its Teachings.
