I’m batch 7190 and I’m still in production as well. I technically went into production on 7/27 according to the Ford order tracking site, but OrderTrack.app says “70 days and 13 hours” (and counting).

I posted awhile back that I thought all 7/25 week vehicles were built but not all were shipped before the plant shutdown. Seems like that’s what happened, since Cuautitlan opened back up yesterday and all of a sudden people started getting status updates. Hopefully they spend the week getting the rest of us on the trucks and trains. ?

I think I actually didn't get my build till yesterday... Which makes senses with the shut down and why no update. I think I have to join a different chat group now.. LOL

Looking for guidance... New Here! On my window sticker it shows Im in the 7278 grouping, but I didn't see anyone else post they are in this groupoing. My window sticker list build date of 7/25. But when I look on ford it still says in prodcution which is 3 weeks from the build date. Most people seem to have an updated built or shipping status that were built this week. Anyone else in the same boat as me? Any feedback would be helpful to calm my impatience.

To my knowledge, window sticker does not have build date on it. Closest thing is "invoice date" when the window sticker was issued, usually 4-10 days before the actual beginning of assembly. *First two weeks of August were maintenance shutdown at Cuautitlan such that some incomplete units at end of July were to be completed/shipped this week. Try checking for installation of modules.) Seems likely that your MME unit is being built in 8/15 build week. (one forum member in your batch has reported "got modules" today.)

What batch were you? Mine was in batch 7133 and never received that delay email that you’re mentioning.

I am in 7254. Yes I received my modules on7/30 the day after build date.

You have to be eligible for it, either through a Ford employee friend or family member, or an organization/employer. You get a code from them that proves your eligibility. I think the cheapest way is the Mustang Club of America, which is something like $25, but I also think you have to wait a few months to get X-plan through them.

I was on with Ford chat this morning. I don't think I have a way to look it up. Ford chat told me my car is still is at Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO. but I have a Jack Cooper convoy #1362593557. Hopefully that means it will get here soon.

I message them on severely occasions and all they want to tell me is your car is in xxx location please contact your dealer for more information.

The ford chat repetitive just gave m the information. Maybe it's the luck of the person you get, or I always try to say please and thank you. I'm not sure. lol

I've always gone the nice route but it's only worked once to get any information out of them. I'll just keep trying.

After a week it finally moved from Ramp 6R to Ramp 6U, Muncie, KS. Anyone knows what comes after that???

Oh well I got the dreaded but expected delay. So my built vehicle has been sitting for close to 3 weeks doing nothing. Now it will take another 3 weeks to deliver. This is horrible customer service from Ford. And this joke of a CEO wants to convince us that this is what people want. This terrible online shopping ordering experience that has not gotten any better in over 2 years. I will never buy a vehicle like this again.
