Just checked United Road tracking and it looks like it got delivered to the dealer today. Holding off on bothering them right away as I’m sure it has to be prepped and everything before they can sell it to me. Needless to say I am jacked. Can’t wait to get it in the driveway. Hope everyone still dealing with shipping issues gets theirs soon!

Just checked with the dealer and with Ford. They don't know where the vehicle is and the dealer is implying shipping chaos with the RR's. The car's delivery week has already passed.

Last update I got from ford chat today had my car at loredo tx. Have major doubts on my delivery window which is same as you.

Oh man! Yeah mine is going via convoy, assume yours is as well since it is CA bound.

Dealership said that convoy vehicles generally go up through AZ and then from there to the dealership. Started to wonder now.

When did yours ship?

I checked with ford chat, they said that a "Carrier picked up the car" at Jacksonville, so its most likely off rail - but they didn't have what the carrier was or info on it /yet/ so there is hope that they will eventually get some info haha

Mine shipped same as yours I believe last Monday. Built 7/25 shipped officially on 8/15. 3 more days in its ETA window.

Chatting with my sales person and Ford chat. Still in Louisville, KY as far as anyone knows. My sales person said with lack to truck drivers, cars sit in Louisville waiting to get to dealerships.

I really wish I could drive there and get the car myself. I could probably be there in a little over 90 minutes.

Yea my delivery had an eta for last week (August 18th) but there haven't been any status updates since July. Now Ford chat did not know what the status/eta is anymore, asked the dealer today to check the VVR and he said it now shows September 14th... ?‍

I am in Michigan also and I checked today and was told my vehicle is in Laredo TX. Took a Month to just get the thing in the States. Delivery windows is 9/5-9/11. Batch 7254. You would think Ford, after 2 years, would have had a better system in place and would prioritize these deliveries. This truly sucks and I am tired of waiting. There should be some compensation given to us from Ford for the horrible customer service. I will never buy another vehicle through this process.

Just saw my ETA change on reservation page. Now showing 8/29-9/4.

That sounds about right, considering I spoke with the marketing department yesterday and they said last check in was Laredo Texas and it is showing an eta to the dealership of 9/4.


Makes sense on your new window as being the last day. Seems like mine would be the same.

My reservation page doesn't reflect and eta anywhere now and hasn't for a few weeks.
