Shipped from Mexico on August 18th and arrived on Sept 17th according to the ford visibility report that my dealer shared with me. So about a month

I'm curious how many trucks are going back and forth across SoCal

yeah I am wondering. My dealership called over to the depot last Wednesday and they told him it was being “held”. He has been trying to contact his rep to find out wth and get it on a truck to the dealership. No clue how the depot can just “hold” a vehicle.

Has anyone seen their Estimated Delivery window disappeared from Ford's tracker? My delivery window has slipped 5 times and now it went missing.

I don't know how you guys are getting tracking info on the Ford Tracking. All mine says is shipped, no ETA, deliver to dealer name that is it. Also the person who has been so kind to provide an Orders Track he built gives no info as well. It states Rail, but no information, no blend date nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?

If it has shipped then reach out to ford chat and ask them for an update. If the car is traveling by rail ask them for the rail car number and current location.

I have done all that plus called Ford Marketing. I get the information I am looking just looking for method to do it on line. The problem with your reference to build track is my rail is KC Southern RR, there is no way to track that one.

I was just hoping that maybe I did it wrong but I guess not. Thanks.

Mine started on KC Southern but then got transferred to Norfolk Southern at some point (maybe in Kansas City) and I was able to track after that.

Got text it came in today so I traded my hybrid Maverick this afternoon.

It's a Select but I'm impressed with the speed and comfort ?

Well it’s been now been a week at the dealership and still no ETA on the right rear half shaft as mine was part of the recall. Reached out to Ford corporate and escalated to their customer service team. Not sure if there is anything else I can do but what a tease it was having the MME for two weeks and then having take it in for a recall fix. First world problem for sure, just hoping it gets done sooner rather than later. I miss it lol.

@Ford Motor Company anything else I can do to get my car back sooner? It’s been a week and my dealer still has no idea when the part is coming.

Got text it came in today so I traded my hybrid Maverick this afternoon.

It's a Select but I'm impressed with the speed and comfort ?

Congrats! Mine is still sitting at the Mira Loma depot since 9/12

I know this dealer had a carrier drop off the car so I'm not sure the delivery priorities.

Yeah its crazy, the odd thing is the dealership received a load of vehicles on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. So the Mach E could've been on it, but was not. When they inquired they were told it is "held" whatever that meant. While they are trying to get it to the dealership, it is frustrating nonetheless

I am beginning to think that. The dealership was asked that and they said they are not showing damaged, but it makes no sense.

Plus the rail company cannot repair it so why hold it...but definitely concerned.

Mine came in today after sitting around in Winston Salem for 11 days. I got to stop by for a visit, but it won't be ready until tomorrow. I hope everything goes smoothly at the dealership.
