Actually it was in KC since 9/05 then sent back 9/25.

This really sucks. I just found out from Ford Chat/Marketing that my car to be delivered within the next few days has been pushed 6 weeks.

This came from the dealer;


It does look like it will be delayed one month.

I am debating after 11 months of waiting to just cancel the order.

Man, this is scary. I ordered mine from Phil Long Ford in Motor City. Ordered on 1/12, shipped in 8/05, and has been sitting in MO since 8/28. My delivery date was pushed back to 10/14-10/20.

Right with you - just got another email today saying 10-26 to 11/6. I ordered from Phil Long as well 11/9/21. I would guess yours and mine come on the same boat from MO.

I just came to know that my company is eligible for x-plan.. would my dealer honor it even as I did not mention this at the time of order back in Feb..

My dealer did not honor the x plan pricing.

Just for grins, I look at the online "inventory" at "my dealer" Autonation Ford Tustin. A week or so ago, I found my MME order listed on their website even though it had only just been built and was still in Mexico.; some days later it was removed. Today (9/27) I saw 6 MME listed there.
9/27/22 AutoNation Ford Tustin - 6 MME listed. 3 were from batches scheduled to be built week of 7/25. One was scheduled this week, not even built yet. All were CONVOY, although I still don't know what exactly that means.

Update:

Going to take the delivery of my car today evening.. My dealer is honoring x-plan.. Planning to opt for Ford options to make use of the $2500 Options cash bonus.. Hopefully everything goes well... ?

Folsom Ford? I did not get a good vibe from that place.. And he quoted me 7.5K over MSRP.

My dealer just texted, the car arrived in Richmond 9/24 and should be at the dealership by Friday. They've got a large load of cars coming in, so we'll see if they're able to prep in time for me to pick it up this weekend - I'd say more likely sometime next week.

Confirmed that they will not add any dealer options. I've advised my salesperson that I intend to use Options and Price Protection, but I'm sure I'll need to address it with Finance when I arrive.

I received a text from my salesperson yesterday "hey, what are you doing tomorrow?"... so we dropped by this afternoon to pick up Car.

The process was great, didn't have to ask for anything... D-Plan and Price Protection applied automatically, she pulled up the Options terms from last October (2.7% / $2500) and we finished all the paperwork while they fast-charged Car to 100%.

Finance was quick and easy, no upselling. Just a few technology issues that kept us waiting. We were out the door without a hassle at all.

I've only been behind the wheel for about 2 miles so I don't have many initial thoughts yet, but those should come soon.

Update: Ordered 11/27/21, CA Rt 1, RWD. Arrived at dealership in Southern DE 9/24/22. Spent 4 hours & 45 minutes this Monday to get the deal done (partially because I wanted to buy the car in my business name and didn't have the business license with the right name). The dealership did honor the original price I got from Ford, no ADM, no pinstriping, no fabric treatment, nothing that I didn't ask for. Bottom line, $52,115 + taxes etc.

It took way too long, but they stood by their word of no markups.

Only complaint -The car arrived last week, why didn't they check on the recall then? The deal was done this Monday, THEN they discovered that my car had a recall (axle), I won't actually take possession until next week. In the meantime, the gave me a loaner - Ford Transit Electric van. It feels like a f'n bus, range about 150 miles. Dashboard is very similar to the Mach E dashboard. For a van, it drives OK...

Cross my fingers, I'll actually get the Ice Blue Mach E next week. I did get to take it for a test drive before we sealed the deal and they discovered the recall (about 10 miles) - First impression - It's NICE.

Update:

Went on Wednesday to pick up my car but they needed additional documents which they didn't tell me before when i asked, so had to go back again on Friday.. it was little inconvenient but couple of days of wait wasn't much when i waited for 8 months for it to get here... Finally it's home

Definitely worth the wait.
