10,000 service is tire rotation and a bunch of "inspect". Discount Tire does rotation for free.
I took mine in for this tire ratation and the cost was $49 dollars. that was the only cost of service for 10,000 miles. I think it was worth it.

I just did my 10K services on my 2023 Mach-GT Performance edition. Dealership charged me $160. Rotated tires, replaced cabin air filter, inspected and "filled" cooling system (?), inspected breaks, and installed some software updates.

You can, unless you used the points for something else.

Yes. I did. However, knowing that tire rotation is the main activity, you can save points for other things.

Most people have paid around $50 for that service at the dealer. Discount Tire is a good option, just make sure the lift it correctly. It helps if you have your own pucks to take with you.
I agree! For those who have not purchased lift pucks, these are a beneficial investment. If your MME ever needs to be raised on a jack, the pucks are essential. Search the forum for more information regarding the pucks.

I actually prefer a spreader bar (placed between the puck locations) to raise one side at a time, then place jack stands under the puck locations. Works much better, IMO...

Never used spreader bars but...two points:
First, as long as the vehicle weight is dispersed sufficiently to not damage the battery rails, then all is good.

Second, carrying small pucks is probably more convenient and space-saving than carrying spreader bars. Using spreaders at home or a local shop makes sense, though.

NEVER lift on the battery rails, even with a spreader! Lift along the rocker panel rails, where the puck locations are.

Should I do it? Is that required? Just hitting my first 10K miles.
My dealer charged $47. I thought it was worth it. I'm using a Lincoln dealer that doesn't specifically sell Mach e. I always tell the service rep that I have a paper on the seat of the car showing the proper lift points and make sure you don't do it wrong and mess up my battery.

I just had my 30k checkup. The service rep was chuckling when I got the car back. He had a new tech working on it who wanted to know what was involved in the 30k check on the Mach e, "Just an oil change". I laughed and asked how that went.

I called my local Ford dealer to make an appointment for my 10k service. I said not to rotate my tires because I just put on new snow tires. Her response was that unless I had some issue I wanted them to check, there was no point of bringing it in. I said "thanks, talk to you next year" :)
My dealership said the same thing.
