As of today, I’m no longer seeing the 12V SOC percentage on my FordPass app. Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't see it on the Ford website either, looks like it's been changed?

I too noticed that. A new thing I saw was a button to press to check status of the SC coupler. Mine still forecasts a September delivery. We shall see. I wonder if Saturday evening server maintenance, which caused the readings to disappear, has become Tuesday server maintenance, or if there is a server down. After I became educated by the forum about the LVB SOC location I came to appreciate the feature. Hope it reappears.

For what it’s worth, the Ford BEV has ‘opened a case’ for me.

If you have an Android phone, try Ford Status Widget by @kennelh :

https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/android-widget-for-mach-e-less-complex.13563/

It has the 12-volt SOC and plenty of other info.

Read the thread and warnings about Fordpass credentials first to make sure you are comfortable with the possible risks of having Fordpass locked. I have used the widget for a few months now with no issues (knocking on my wood desk). The developer was also quick to respond to my issue and updated the app quickly.

It was there 3 hours ago when I checked, and now it's gone. In fact, it doesn't even show the estimated range anymore. I wonder if maybe they're doing server maintenance.

One of the problems with social media is that it gets attention.

"Hey, we figured out how to ____". Ford sees it, and boom, it's gone.

True, but you would think they also saw how much we liked having it.

Could be a server glitch, but maybe they finally “fixed” it after 6 months.
If they did fix it maybe it was in the wake of that OTA that addressed the problem with the LVB getting too low a SOC. Maybe they thought there was no longer a need to know the SOC anymore. If it is gone, is the only way to see it with an OBD reader?
