Experienced a powertrain malfunction as well as a hill start assist warning. Was able to get to destination but after that the car wouldn't start. Had it towed to dealership. It's now been 2 weeks and I havnt even received an estimate of when it will be fixed. Is this common? Car is still under 36k miles.
