Very cool. Anyone picking up a 2025 MME will probably be a very happy camper. It's great to see Ford continue to get this car dialed in. Bummer to see the front windshield wiper de-icer coils get deleted from the front windshield for 2025 though. I wonder if some other changes design changes made the de-icer coils unnecessary.

Wow! This is the first I’ve heard of the battery capacity reductions - they’re huge. I wonder how badly range will be affected? Also, wondering why Ford did that? Do they have another battery supplier (perhaps in the US, Mexico or Canada?) lined up?

Originally, we heard that they were planning a total revamp of the Mach-e in 2026 is that still the case?

Yeah interesting going back to the original 88kWh for the extended range battery. That’s what my car was at delivery.

Maybe because the heat pump is more efficient so they can keep the range comparable with lower battery capacity?

My biggest takeaway was the body color painted wheel lip molding for the Premium.

My 2 guesses are cost cutting and Ford believes that overall range will be the same or better with added cooling seats and heat pump on a smaller usable battery.

Or a combination of both. The Flash model of the Lightning is getting a smaller extended range battery as well.

Another could be that the battery health isn't trending the way they want on the higher usable battery. If you can believe the way Ford tracks battery health, My Mach-E has significant overall lower health than my Lightning, with roughly half the miles on it.

Latest order guide. Didn't see it posted anywhere. Confirmed that Select and Premium Extended Range Battery will have smaller usable capacity than GT.

It could me less range. It could be roughly the same, or even more. It depends on how the standard heat pump works out, and the cooled seats might help the AC in the summer.

EVERY order guide since 2021 has had typos.

This is likely just a copy/paste typo from a 2021 order guide.

Anyone have a window sticker for a 2025 they can show?
