Is anyone else in the 4/11 group still waiting on a car? These back-of-the-pack GTs look awesome. @kayzoqueen , lets see a pic when you can.

Side question for this group: Are anyone's headlights randomly coming on and staying on when parked (I'm not talking about the car temporarily waking up when walking by)? If you don't know what I am talking about, pls forget I even asked

Here are a few photos! Still need to go out and properly take some nice ones. She is already dirty as I took her on a little road trip down to Laguna Beach for the weekend, already have 350 miles on her since Tuesday. Boy is it crazy driving an electric car! It is so quick and feels so luxurious compared to my old Jeep ? . Planning on getting the windows tinted and having my two 10" subs installed this week too. Honestly may hold off on wrapping for a bit as I am absolutely loving the IBSM color, which I was not expecting! Can't wait for more updates from you all.

Oh and yay! French Bulldogs do fit in the trunk. No more getting my front seat dirty with hair! I could jump for joy. But on a practical note the trunk space is really great. Was able to fit sets of tall speakers, a DJ deck, subwoofer, and lights in the back no problem. Maybe I am just excited after having no trunk space for the last 7 years but thought it was worth a share ?

? I am not sure my type of music would fly with the masses. My username speaks to the genre of EDM if you look up who Kayzo is It may speak to why I want the two subs installed in the car though ?.

However, now that that color is dropped I'm taking it as a sign to hang onto my DMG Premium and just go for the Porsche Taycan in two years. Don't get me wrong, I do *LOVE* driving my MME but the Ford quirks/problems are already slowly eating away at me where I'm just not sure they deserve my return business and I absolutely can't go through the dealership, and overall order/delivery circus again. I wonder what this new blue really looks like. Enjoy the wheels ?

Ah yes the quirks are a bit frustrating. Just today it would not let me into my car with the PAAK and when I used to code to get in and out the alarm went off and I had no ability to turn it off. I think that is to be expected with all of this new technology though.

Today of course being the last day of my estimated delivery (08/03 - 08/09), I logged into Ford to see if the date updated. Lets see how these dates play out.....

I did get confirmation that my car has actually shipped, and is not stuck on Ramp6 in Kansas, so at least that's good.

I have the best luck. I'll probably get hit by a run away train somehow before I finish typing this post.

Yesterday I got a (late) email from Ford saying they moved my dates back to 08/13-08/19 which I already knew. However I logged in minutes later after the email and it showed 08/20/ - 08/26.

What's funny is my dealership actually notified me on Monday that my car was in Richmond (30 minutes away), and it would be here this week. Turns out they weren't lying and my car arrived at the dealership today!! That was the good news.....

The bad news is that it was damaged in transport (of course it was). So they have to replace the bumper which will probably take at least another week maybe more.

So at least the car is here. Can't complain I guess. In other awesome news, the dealership is like 50 miles away from me. So I'll be taking an hour long bus ride eventually when it's ready.

And that concludes your Ninja Report. I'll check back in when I actually have the car.

Any update on this? I was shocked at the way they were handled during transport. I had bad water spots on every surface of the car, scuffs on nearly every panel, and even my rear door glass was gouged in multiple places. If this wasn't a car with a year+ wait I would have absolutely rejected delivery. Considering your bumper isn't even close to the first major damage I've seen during shipping, they have something to get worked out.

Any update on this? I was shocked at the way they were handled during transport. If this wasn't a car with a year+ wait I would have absolutely rejected delivery. Considering your bumper isn't even close to the first major damage I've seen during shipping, they have something to get worked out.

Last I heard from the dealer (Saturday), was that its still in the shop. I am for sure gonna inspect the shit outta the car before it leaves the lot. Not only paint and additional transport damage, but also check if the body shop crushed the battery rails under the car.

Ok I finally got my car!! Dealership called me and said I could come pick it up tonight or in the morning.... so off I went. Process was pretty painless, but did take a couple hours. I also was able to get the Ford options APR and rebate from January, which was waaaay better then today's rates.

Also I almost died driving home. Somebody in a minivan hit the brakes kinda hard in front of me, and the collision warning went off and scared the shit outta me.

Lastly I have an appointment Friday morning for my ppf and ceramic coating. I'll drop a picture tomorrow, but I'm sure you've seen plenty of GTs by now. Just glad to be over with all this waiting.
