I'm surprised you are getting any OTA over an Ethernet/Wi-Fi network.
I have only seen one OTA flagged by Ford for delivery over Wifi, and that was a config-only edit of the TCU module to fix a bug that crippled the LTE modem in the vehicle. Therefore it was impossible to deliver the update via cellular.
I think PTS even shows if/when any module update is flagged as Wifi eligible, and it is extremely rare for that attribute to be "Yes".
I can't explain how/why you would be able to download an OTA Payload via Wifi. That's amazing!
