are you saying you can see ETA on for tracking page? Mine just shows “shipped” but nothing more.

If I go to ford.com / my account / reservations and orders / view. — I can see my estimated delivery window; but only on a computer; estimated delivery doesn’t show up when I use my phone

ahhh thanks that’s helpful. I bought this car as a customer cancel/walk away from a dealer so don’t have a reservation page.

I can't see it on computer either. I could see it on both devices one day ago.

Anyone else on Union Pacific railcar BTTX880112. Departure is Muncie KS, Ramp 6U and arrival is Mira Loma (Riverside, CA). UP phone automated system keeps moving departure/arrival date daily. It originally had a departure of 9/10, but it constantly keeps moving to the day I call to check progress. Is this normal with UP?

UP automated will post location times but not the location so the railcar is moving. My guess is since its public access they don't want someone tracking it in real time to jack.

Once it stops in Mira Loma it will say "actual placement" then later "empty" when it's heading back out.

Our CR1 is reportedly waiting on a ramp to be picked up in Vancouver, BC. Ford marketing team said the estimated delivery date is 29-Sept.

Paul, my Mach-E is on the same rail car. When I tracked my F-150 Lightning with UP, the origin location, date, and time remained the same and the estimated arrival date and time changed. For the Mach-E it has been giving daily "loaded set out" or "loaded train departure" dates and times and the estimate arrival date and time has also changed. I'm crossing my fingers that they arrive today or tomorrow.

Last update for mine was back on 9/4, when it had shipped as far as the Kansas City yard. Today my estimated delivery date was updated from 9/20-9/26 to 10/25-10/31. So...I guess it's just going to sit in the rail yard for another month? Very frustrating. Not to mention another month worth of interest rate hikes while I wait to finance this car I ordered last November! Waiting on the chat for @Ford Motor Company customer service, but since they never have any transportation updates, I'm not hopeful that they will have any useful information.

Hey, we've waited 10 months now, what's one more??
